Mercedes-Benz of ColumbiaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Columbia review
I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

Hello Folks , I had a super experience with salesmen Jayden and Chase Jeffreys . Jayden knew the ends and outs of the vehicle + actually started my purchase procedure . Jayden had another customer when I arrived so to keep me from waiting Chase jumped on board . Chase went on the test drive with me & we shared good conversation. Both guys have super personalities. Stop by & see them ..... grab you a new ride before vacation time . You’ll be glad you did 💃🏼

This is my first time going to this dealership to get my car serviced. I?d thought I?d try them out especially since they had a promotion going which made my decision. Had a nice no pressure service and that?s what I?m looking for. Their waiting room was nice and large with 2 sections and nice to have outdoor seating as well. I?ll be retuning there for my next service.
