Group 1 Toyota North Austin review
When i first drove up for my scheduled maintenance, no one approached me although there were 5 employees sitting outside looking at me. Some acted as if they did not know english and females were busy eating bananas . Finally I went inside and asked one of the cashiers how i get someone to take my car back. She promptly asked someone. At the same time, Angel Rodriges walked by. I have known him as my service representative for over 10 years and is the most cordial, helpful person I have known. He said he would take care of my car and promptly told Joe Calamore to take my car. Joe was very courteous and told me to where to find the waiting room. Joe called me within 40 minutes telling me my car was ready. Joe was great and extremely courteous. I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership over the past 15 years. My sales person for the past 2 cars has been Jeremy Brumley. He is great! I will tell you the experience i had last time i visited your service department, aboutMay 2026 was SO bad, I almost purchased my next car from Round Rock dealership . I waited over 30 minutes to be approached for someone to take my car back for servicing! It was nothing short of horrible! I had to beg someone to take my car for servicing although i had an appointment. Angel was not working that day, but called me within a few days when he returned to apologize. most ba

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

Hazleton HondaReviews
Hazleton Honda review
I was hesitant at first since it's a new car dealership, but this place is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, understanding and kind people, beautiful new cars and good prices for them. I got a Pre-Owned vehicle, and it's like it was brand new off the lot! Runs perfect and all. If you go here, I'd *highly* recommend Kathleen "Kat" Warner; she's very kind and patient, and answers all your questions, even via phone! They also took my old 2006 car as a trade-in for value, despite how bad it was, and someone from the garage even helped remove the plate that had a stripped screw. The sales manager is very kind and friendly as well, answered all of our questions, too! Absolutely excellent service all around. Thank you all so much over at Hazleton Honda/Hyundai!

McGovern GMC of Westborough review
Honest, courteous service with no pressure from the sales person. The price of the GMC Canyon Denali and the value of my trade was more than fair. It was so good I drove four hours to get there and I’m glad I did. Thanks to Doug Lee and the entire staff at McGovern GMC for a great Truck buying experience.

I purchased several vans and they made the entire process very easy. They were pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
2023 Honda Civic review
The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

Tom Hodges Mitsubishi review
Tom and his whole team made us feel at home. They took care of my kids while we worked on the deal. We moved from California to MD and they helped us get out of our miserable situation. We had a vehicle we bought in California that was draining us financially and they worked extra hours just to make sure we weren?t suffering anymore and got us into an affordable brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander. Thank you Tom, Dylan, and Renee. The other staff were amazing I just can?t recall the names but it was the desk manager and the GM as well. Thank you :) and the other sales lady who helped out my kids thank you :)

Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After arriving at the dealership, Reagan approached me, and I immediately picked up on her positive vibes! As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.
