Used Honda Civic for sale in Jordan, MN

My significant other and I had decided to buy a Hyundai, but we were deciding between a Sport and a full size Santa Fe. Jake (first day!) was funny and attentive, Marco got us the price we wanted for the car we wanted and everyone else was friendly and helpful. I have never given 5 stars before, but they earned them!

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Helped me find a replacement for my wife's Mazda Tribute. Found us a 2016 Pathfinder with the third row seating that we had been coveting. Purchased trusty old Tribute. Chris was very easy to work with. They found a car that checked all my required boxes at a price point that I thought was great. Just as important, I appreciate not having to deal with listing and selling my old car.

2016 civic transmission failure! Thought it may be covered by warranty, but no! Loss of this cost too much and disappointment to say the least!!!

The dealer is FABULOUS?now Ford Corporate is another story. Sticking with my new Lincoln because of the dealership.

Have had this car for almost 2 years now. I love my little Honda Civic. I love the styling on the exterior, however I feel like the interior styling is a tad "out-of-date," even for 2018. I love the sparkle of the paint that my dark blue Honda Civic has, and it has held up very well. The interior, however, feels a little cheap and there are quite a few rattles that are annoying. I ended up replacing the radio because I was tired of the stock head unit that just wasn't very functional. The engine and transmission have been very dependable. The AC has broken on my vehicle 4 times so far, with only 85k miles on my vehicle. I have ran into several other issues that were quite minor, one of them being the gauge cluster quite literally turned off while driving and I couldn't see how fast I was going. However, the car rides very well, albeit there is a bit of road noise, and the seats are okay. It's an economy commuter car, and you can't really expect a whole lot of luxurious comfort from that. The transmission can be a little jumpy, which is to be expected as it is a CVT, but I don't mind it as I get really good gas mileage, and the car is quite peppy and you'll have no issues getting up to speed on the highway, which it is hard to find both of those characteristics in a compact economy vehicle. The base model, LX, of this model year is very lacking when it comes to safety features, so I would recommend at least going for the EX or EX-L. My parents and I have been Honda people for quite a long time, and we can say that even though Honda is still reliable, their reliability isn't quite what it used to be. However, their reliability within the past 2 or 3 years has improved from what it was in 2016-2018.

I've had Hondas since late seventies and they've gotten better every car. My latest is the 2022 civic sport touring. The features and comfort and performance are outstanding. Highly recommend this car. My best one yet.

When you live in a smaller market, sometimes you have to cast a wide net to find the vehicle you want. For many people, COVID has introduced them to remote negotiation/car buying, but out of necessity, I've done it for years. I've been to Chicago and Dallas, and this was my second purchase from the MSP area. My recent experience with Westside VW is right at the top of the list in terms of any of them. Having bought a boat, I was in need of a new tow vehicle, and after some research selected a used Touareg TDI to fill that need. Negotiating with several dealerships across the midwest/north central US, Chris Palmer at Westside VW quickly proved himself as the one who would "win" the business. We negotiated pricing with a trade-in via email, continuing over a day he was out of the store. We arrived on an agreeable "range" that made sense for me to drive up (4 hrs) to finalize the agreement. In the end, I was pleased when it fell on my "side" of that range. (Word to the wise, it pays to take care of your cars and to tidy them up a little, when it's time to sell or trade. A car is not a dining room.) Chris introduced sales consultant Jeramiah Domino into the process, and he picked up right where Chris left off. We looked over the Touareg, while Chris was evaluating the trade, determined our final arrangement, and completed the ppwk smoothly. In at 10:30 and on the road home before noon, and could have been sooner without a little prep and fuel fill. Chris, Jeramiah, and everyone else I encountered were friendly, competent, and professional. The dealership's tucked into a small footprint near an interstate interchange, but when you get there, you'll be glad you did! Thanks, Westside! P.S. Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2013 Honda Accord. They also serviced my brakes.

I did receive a letter stating that the transmission was an issue for Honda;s 2018 so far its ok hopefully it will stay this way but other then that I really enjoy my car

First if all I wouldn’t recommend the cvt transmissions they are driven by belt and many moving components and are more expensive to replace second the Manuel transmissions are amazing and with cruise control shifting doesn’t disable it can get increased fuel millage with a ktuner(tuner) me and my friend flashed a performance tune we took a 230 mile trip and the fuel millage was 45-47 the whole time great cars

I've had my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback sport for a couple of years now. I bought it used with low mileage and had it looked over by my mechanic and the only issue was the AC wasn't working. Had the dealer fix it and it's been working fine. This would be my 2nd Honda and love it!

This car is perfect for me it’s a six speed manual and the turbo is fun and responsive. My only qualm is that the door handles inside are fabric, does not make well for long term wear. It cleans well but I’m worried as it gets older it won’t look as nice.

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

Honda Civic is very well known for there reliability reputation and resale value. These are definitely a fantastic car. I, don't have any problems with mine. I, purchased this car new, and I have been taking care of it to my best.

Overall I love this car. Features are great (AC, Sun roof), runs well, gets great milage, and as long as you do proper maintenance it lasts forever. My last car had 290,000 miles on it and it was in great condition. The only thing I don't like is the leather seats which get hot and sticky. Cloth seats are better.

First car purchase in 18 years. I was amazed by tech and thought that went into this car. It's actually fun to drive. I was looking for a mid size when I found the Civic.
