My son purchased his first car today! Cody and Alex were great, they really made the buying process an awesome experience. If you see a car you like you need to move fast because they price their vehicle very well and it won't last long. Also, the fact that the vehicle comes with a limited warranty (most used cars don't) helped ease my mind in knowing I'm putting my son in a reliable car! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..

It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.

I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!

I was shopping for a car and had my financing already thur my credit union. We stopped by Midamerica auto and found a car we want to buy and was ready to go back to my credit union, but Jonny asked to give them a shot to find us a better deal and I'm glade we did because they saved us a lot of money. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Honda of Olathe purchasing our new 2019 Odyssey Minivan. Our amazing sales person was Tim Tilghman and we really appreciated all of the effort and time he spent with us. Tim was very informative on all the new features that the Odyssey had to offer our family and was always very responsive to our questions and phone calls. He was helpful in every way possible along our decision making process. This was our 4th car that we purchased from Olathe Dealership - but first car with "Honda of Olathe" (the previous 3 were from Frank Ancona) and we were very impressed with their process - very smooth and easy. I can't speak highly enough about how great we feel about our new Odyssey and how grateful we are to Tim and the "Honda of Olathe" team.

I couldn’t be happier with my car-buying experience at Honda of Olathe. It was as streamlined and professional as I’ve ever seen. Sales Associate, Steven Jackson was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great help with the features of the car that I wasn’t familiar with. Business Manager, Katie Wilson made sure that my car would be taken care of beyond the manufacturer’s warranty and that my maintenance would also be covered the way I prefer. General Sales Manager, Dave Heitman was a tremendous help every step of the way. Start to finish, I was in and out within a couple of hours.
These people are the greatest to deal with. They did not try to pressure us to buy. They just told us the facts and let us chose. It took about three weeks for us to decide and every time we talked to them they always were friendly. My wife went to check out the car before we bought it and was surprised that she could walk in and talk to the lady at the desk and have a good conversation. No one bothering her. She asked for Denny and he came to the desk to meet her. Not pushy like most places, brought the car up for her to drive and explained how it operated. Wonderful experience.

Bought a used Buick Enclave. Staff was friendly, I felt no pressure to buy. Got a great deal on my trade in. Service was great and was one of the easiest cars purchases I ever made. From financing to extended warranty. My wife loves the SUV.
