Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I came to this dealer To lease a Honda SI and my man here dealt with everything perfectly!! He???s fast at what he does. I was having trouble with my insurance sending some paperwork and he made sure the insurance sent it on time so that I can get the car the day I wanted!! He goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the customer!! Give my man a raise. He deserves it!
Purchased a new CR-V today and had the pleasure of dealing with John Fitz the senior sales rep. The entire time spent there I never once felt like I was dealing with a salesman. It was first time in almost 50 years I felt comfortable buying a new car as if from a family member or friend. Never pressured me and pretty gave what I asked for in reguards to my trade. Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.

Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
