FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CRYSTAL LAKE review
Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. You made the online and over-the-phone buying experience truly enjoyable. Your friendly and approachable attitudes made me feel welcome from day one. I also really appreciate your fair pricing and outstanding customer service—especially delivering my BMW all the way to Peoria, IL. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. Best regards, Jamie Peoria, IL

Acura of Palm Beach review
Being a Veteran and having spent 20 plus years in the car business I found this dealership to hit ALL the marks. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Managers were on top of their game and were not obnoxious or pushy. they had the perfect car for me and made the whole experience a joy ! I drove over an hour to go there and will do so again. I have encouraged all my friends and family to come here. I was very impressed with the GM Evan who demonstrated a skill set not seen in someone in his age group. He was intelligent knowledgeable well-spoken grounded and full of charisma. Truly dynamic !!!!! I highly recommend this company.

Honda of Fayetteville review
It was easy to make the appointment and the lady I spoke with checked several things on recalls to assure all were included in the appointment. I received several reminders of the appointment although I keep up with things pretty well, but since we had a family emergency, it was handy to have the prompt. The man who checked me in was accurate and knew what he was doing. It was reasonless and quick with succinct explanations.he explained they happened to have the parts at that time for the third recall and explained how they could not order parts, but they ship periodically and since I was there, they could complete the third recall. The work took more than half a day which they predicted, so I was able to arrange for someone to drive me there and back. All tasks were completed and I picked up the car with little waiting. All the staff is on task and polite, not rushed but busy. I appreciate the people who helped me. The dealership building and restroom were clean and all people very nice and knew their job and seems to convey a calm confidence. Overall, I’m please to have this Honda dealership to work with me and my car.

I just had my Alfa Romeo Giulia veloce in for a regular yearly service on October 1, 2026. As usual, the petiole at the dealership were friendly, competent, and reliable, and did an excellent job., including doing a complete wheel alignment as well. Corryn Lecesse went over the car with me, and Giavanni did the work. I waited in the showroom and looked over new models, and the car was washed and ready very quickly. I have always had excellent service at this dealership, and would recommend them highly to anyone. In fact, I recently brought a good friend to them, and had him talk to Asia Allen, the excellent salesperson who sold me my car 3 years ago. They are a terrific place . Harvey Mazer

Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

Lokey VolkswagenReviews
Lokey Volkswagen review
I've had yet another fine experience getting my car repaired at Lokey VW. It was a complex repair with a frightening YouTube teardown. My service writer, Dan Wagner, who has been looking after my car for years, assured me that it would go as planned without a hitch. And he was right. In fact, it was done sooner than expected. The car was cleaner than when I got dropped it off and ready to go. Thanks Dan and team.
2025 Honda Civic Type R review
The Honda Civic Type R has always been my dream car, and owning it is truly a childhood dream come true. It’s been phenomenal an absolute blast to drive! As my first manual car, it was surprisingly easy to learn on and incredibly forgiving, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Hennessy PorscheReviews
Hennessy Porsche review
I’ve purchased multiple Porsches from Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta—over $1,000,000 in vehicles—and I keep coming back for one reason: Tito and Michael Carvajal. Tito is my number-one salesperson; he always understands what I’m looking for and finds the exact cars I want. Michael is the best finance manager this store could have—professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Both Tito and Michael treat me with respect, make the buying process effortless, and deliver a true five-star experience every time. If you want outstanding service, contact Tito and Michael Carvajal at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else without them. Diversity and professionalism matter, and I’m grateful Hennessy has these two exceptional team members

Gino was amazing! He listened and followed through without all the back and forth that can happen. The guy who handled extended warranties needs additional training. He took too long and not a great sales person.

2025 Honda Civic Type R review
It's been 5 month since I got my Type R, and it was the right choice for me . It might be for everyone so I recommend taking a test drive if the dealer let's you and get your finance done ans shop around for MSRP. I had no problem driving 1400 miles round trip and wasn't beat driving the car. This is a keeper for sure.

The wait time was under three hours for a job that they had to wait an hour just to let the vehicle cool. So the first hour the car and I just sat. So that was good.
