2019 Honda CR-V review
Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

I recently had a problem with my 2022 CX5 headlight fan with 27k miles on my SUV. The fan that cools the headlights continues to run after the car is shut off. I reached out to Tasca Corp and got a case #. I was told to get a diagnostic done to find out what the problem is. I was also told if the repair is extensive to call the Mazda Customer Experience Center for review for assistance with cost eligibility. I went to get a diagnostic at Tasca in Cranston RI. I worked with Julie Mahoney who was both professional and kind. Tasca helped reach out to Mazda Corp on my behalf. Even though they were unsuccessful in getting Mazda Corp to assist with the extremely expensive repair cost ($2,600) Julie was able to help me by waiving the diagnostic cost, not charging for the rental, and offered a discount on my oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Tasca Mazda for assisting, but still not happy with Mazda Corp for not helping with the repair cost of a known faulty part. Look up TSB SA013223. It’s a well documented issue on the 2022 CX5, yet Mazda Corp refused to assist because I was 2k miles over the warranty.
2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.
