We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Leasing a Honda: A Tale of Three Dealerships (and One Clear Winner) Over the last few years, my wife and I have leased several Honda Civics, and every time we shop around, I’m reminded of how different the experience can be from one dealership to another. While I always try to support my local options—including Schaumburg Honda and McGrath Honda of St. Charles—I often find the pricing and overall effort just don’t compare to what we receive at Honda On Grand in Elmhurst. The consistency simply hasn’t been there for us elsewhere. Honda On Grand has earned our loyalty because they’ve repeatedly put the customer first. Every three years, I go into the process ready to compare offers, and year after year, Honda On Grand is the only place that comes back with something competitive, fair, and straightforward. I also want to give a big shout-out to Luis Delgado, who has helped us with our last three leases. In all my years of leasing, I haven’t met many salespeople who genuinely try to help you get the best possible deal, without pressure or hassle. I prefer communicating by email, and Luis has always been patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. It makes the whole process smoother and much less stressful. If anyone in the area is considering a Honda, I highly recommend giving Honda On Grand—and especially Luis—a try. Our experience with them has been outstanding.

McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. 2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)
