Lute Riley HondaReviews
Lute Riley Honda review
I had an outstanding experience buying my new Honda from Lute Riley Honda. From start to finish, the entire process was easy, transparent, and stress free. Even though everything was handled remotely, the team kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire buying experience seamless. With our schedules, home delivery was the easiest option, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Josh personally delivered my new Honda, and his level of customer service was exceptional. He didn’t just drop off the keys and leave. Despite the Texas heat, he took the time to patiently walk me through all of the technogy and features, making sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I never felt rushed and he genuinely wanted to make sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism any more. Josh went above and beyond, and because of him, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency and truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Lute Riley Honda. Five stars and ask for Josh.

CarMax Garland review
I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Joseph Mustafa who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. After discussing what we were looking for in a vehicle, we took a test drive, work on paperwork. Our experience working with Joseph was the absolute best car buying experience. My husband and I would highly recommend Honda Cars Of Mckinney, if you are looking for great customer service from a dealership.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

We had our mind made up and knew exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone; he assured me the SUV was on the lot. He had to leave quickly and turned us over to Tamara. What a great choice! She was so patient, answered all questions and explained all gadgets in the SUV. When Jimmy returned, he introduced himself and was very kind as well. This purchase was so easy going. I'm use to being in dealerships half the day when purchasing. Not at AutoNation. Quick financial check, got the percentage rate that satisfied us and out!! I highly recommend this dealership

This is the 3rd car we've bought from this dealership. Josh McKay has been great to work with. They have no haggle pricing, just a best price every time. I love that they carry reasonably priced cars because two of the ones we bought were for our teenagers. I would definitely buy from them again.

Four Stars Nissan of Denton review
My wife and I bought a 2021 kickehs with very low miles from them. I am in my 50's and was the best buying experience that I ever had! The quote for the vehicle and the monthly payment didn't change a penny throughout the process, other words no baiting just to get you there. Very honest pain-free experience! My daughter is next in line for a car and we will definitely go straight there for our purchase!

Wonderful experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot in a new car, Tanner Comey made our experience superb! We drove across the metroplex for this location, you will not go wrong by doing so yourself.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
