Honda of Concord review
I recently purchased my Honda Prologue, and I’m really happy with my experience! A special thanks to Keo, my sales representative, who played a big role in helping me make this decision. He was extremely supportive, motivating, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the car’s features, technology, and everything I needed to know, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Keo did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand all the details without making the process overwhelming. His knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re planning to buy a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Keo. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers make the right decision. Thank you, Keo, for making my Honda Prologue purchase such a great experience!

Normal car sales rope them in then bring out the sales manager. Normal buying experience which to this day I hate!! The following rating are not correct but filled so the survey could be submitted.
2026 Honda CR-V review
Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT

The service was immediate. As soon as I brought my car in, the advisor greeted me. After about thirty minutes, he showed me the diagnostic and recommendations in order to keep my car running in good shape . I appreciate the advisor prompt service, most importantly the advisor was courteous.
