Motion KiaReviews
Motion Kia review
I drove over 2 hours from South Jersey to Motion Kia. After explaining my previous dealership experiences with Howie, he surely took care of me! He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle’s specs and features. Not once did he pressure me into buying the car! He allowed me the time to test drive the vehicle and explore some of the features on my own as he provided an explanation on the function. I am a new customer to Kia and what a welcome I received! If you’re considering Motion Kia for your next vehicle you will not regret it. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! I purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos and I love it so much!
2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

I had called ahead to determine if this Dealership had the make/model car I wanted to buy used. David Streisant answered the phone, sent me photos of applicable cars on their lot, and we made an appt for that same day. During the test drive he pointed out important features and anticipated questions I would not have known to ask. The duration of the test drive was generous. And here's the cherry on the cake that sets David above most others: *AFTER* the sale was made, he took the time to give us a thorough walk-thru of setting up Android Auto and the various options for vehicle settings. David gave us a very favorable buying experience.

2007 Honda CR-V review
In 2026, I received a 2007 Honda CRV EX from my father who no longer can drive. The vehicle is 19 years old and only has 89K miles on it. The ONLY major repair I had to make on this vehicle is a A/C Compressor for $1600. Other than that, the car has been meticulously maintained. I change the oil every 3,000 to 4,000 using Idemitsu synthetic 5w20 oil using a Japanese made oil filter by Honda. The car still runs flawlessly and my goal is to get at least 300K miles or more. The K24Z1 engine with the 5 speed automatic transmission is bullet proof and as long as I change the transmission fluid every 30K and oil changes every 3-4K miles, the vehicle will easily make it to 300K. Best engine/transmission combo Honda ever had.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Honda of Mahwah review
I’ve leased vehicles for many years. I have to say my experience with Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda was the best experience dealing with any automobile sales person, there was no haggling and back and forth. He said he would get me in my price range & delivered ! and we all know that is a special gift in today’s car leasing business today. That being said the SUV I leased is a quality vehicle. & if you’re in the market for a Honda, & want to have a quality experience with a sales person Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda is your person …. Thank you Ali
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Kudos to the Mahwah Honda for having set the bar for exemplary service and to the staff for their diligence in effecting that end in their dealings with customers.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda Service in Passaic for years, and a huge part of that is thanks to Kevin Juarez. Kevin first helped me buy a car years ago, and since then, I’ve consistently gone back to him for all my service needs. Every time I walk in, I know I’m in great hands. Kevin has always been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, from what my car needs to how long it’ll take. His customer service is unparalleled, and it’s evident he truly cares about making sure I’m satisfied with both the service and the experience. Over the years, Kevin has always gone above and beyond, and I trust him completely with my car. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced but also takes the extra step to ensure you feel taken care of, I highly recommend Kevin. He’s the reason I keep coming back to Honda .

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I had my Honda Accord serviced today, Tuesday. November 11th 2025. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The staff, beginning with my service writer, Ralphie was excellent He was totally professional straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. The price was unbelievable. I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $19.85 unbelievable !! They do offer these coupons and other specials from time to time; take advantage . I would recommend anyone who is looking for their car to be serviced; or purchasing genuine Honda parts, even buying a new car please visit Garden State Honda..

Route 23 Honda review
Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

Sussex Honda review
I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!
2025 Honda CR-V review
We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

2020 Honda CR-V review
We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! I fiws in near to give up my car buying dream. Luckily I came across Tenfly Honda dealer !!! And ended up buying my own car. But people under this dealership are very kind and had sept t lot of time in explaining details on car future they event took self interest to check gas on my vehicle and made a tank full !! I am totally happy with my car and dealer. Special thanks to sales person Kirtan Patel and Bruno Lee.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Tarrytown HondaReviews
Tarrytown Honda review
I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I would recommend them to everyone I know. Go see Bobby in Honda in Tarrytown! Thank you so much to everyone there for making a little customer like me feel important and valued! I will certainly do business with you folks in the future! :)

Northstar Mitsubishi review
I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Island Auto Group is the place for 🚗 Let me share my first car buying experience in New York. As someone with zero prior knowledge of how dealerships work, it was incredibly challenging and stressful at first. For over a month, I hunted for a reliable, low-mileage car with excellent safety features, low maintenance, and something within my budget. I ultimately decided between a Subaru Crosstrek or Mazda CX-5. I checked online sites like Cars.com, Carfax, and CarGurus, visited around 10 dealerships (both independent lots and franchises), made tons of phone calls, and even explored Carvana and CarMax. Too many places baited me with low online prices, only to pile on thousands in hidden fees once I showed up—things like mandatory down payments, wear-and-tear charges, inspection fees, and dealership add-ons. But from this experience, I learned a lot about how dealerships really work and gained some valuable knowledge: never fully trust the prices posted online without confirming the true out-the-door cost in person. After five frustrating in-person visits, I was ready to give up on traditional dealerships and just overpay at CarMax to avoid the headaches. That’s when I spotted a listing on Cars.com from Island Subaru. The vehicle photos clearly stated “No hidden fees, no extra fees – fully transparent OTD price.” Skeptical after so many bad experiences, I decided to try one last time and walked in without an appointment or even a phone call. Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. Since it was Saturday and close to closing (they couldn’t finish the NY inspection), they went the extra mile and loaned me a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek to drive until Monday when my car was ready. Finance manager Yuri Miyakawa handled the paperwork smoothly, got me a great rate, and made everything straightforward. But Chris truly went above and beyond—he guided me through the entire purchase process and even helped set up my first car insurance. The initial quotes were sky-high for a new driver, but Chris personally called the insurance company, advocated on my behalf, and somehow got my rate reduced to half the original quote! That kind of dedication is rare. The whole team—the manager, Yuri, Chris, and the rest of the staff—was genuinely helpful and made me feel valued. I drove home in my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Limited with just 9k miles, at the exact negotiated price, with all documents perfect, a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash, and three free oil changes for the first year. Island Subaru transformed a potentially nightmare first-time buying experience into something positive and memorable. Their transparency, honesty, and outstanding customer service set them apart. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I’ll be back for my next car. Thank you, Island Subaru team—especially Chris for your incredible support throughout! 🚗💯
