One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

I happened to cross paths with Jenna while passing through, and even though I wasn’t an actual customer, she still took the time to help me figure some things out. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely wanted to help without any pressure. You can tell Jenna truly cares about what she does and the people she helps, her company is lucky to have her.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Frontline cars is a great place, I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. My experience was great. Jerry is a really cool guy, and helped me along the way. I bought a infinity m35, and am overall happy with what I got, but mostly jerry made the process easy and kept in touch even through text message and email. I'm pretty sure the shop is new so I really encourage people to give em a shot and support this dealer!

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

We purchased a 2021 CPO Ascent on Sunday July 27th. The next day, the A/C failed. We advised the dealer, and they picked it up Tuesday. Needless to say, we were unhappy. It took a few days to diagnose and get fixed. We picked it up yesterday, and all is good. The dealer obtained a wholesale cost 5-year bumper to bumper 105k miles warranty at a discount we are paying off without interest over 10 months. It is the warranty they use regularly. Started out bad, but ended okay.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.
