We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.

Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
Zack and Luke are knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. At no time did we feel pressured into anything. It was a pleasure not to experience the "hard sell" and to have people willing to listen to us, what we wanted in a vehicle and in the purchasing process.
Hannah was awesome ! She knew about the features of the vehicles plus help me with what I wanted like the apple play and safety features. Matt did a great job by being straightforward with me and gving me options based on what I can afford. This is my second vehicle with Honda and I???m highly satisfied with this team. I hate car shopping. Practically more than anything. So when I was rear ended and my car was totaled, I was devastated. the very last thing I wanted to do was spend 7 hours haggling over a new car that I didn???t even want to buy. Tony was a god send. From the very beginning, he was kind and compassionate. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, and made great recommendations. He treated me like a real person, not a means to a profit like other salesmen have, and never once did he try to upsell me on something that I didn???t want or need. And, when it came to negotiating a deal, it was by far the best experience i???ve ever had buying a car. Tony???s opening price was right in line with what I had researched online as a reasonable price and he was completely transparent about all of the fees from the beginning, so there wasn???t anything unexpected once we settled on a price. There wasn???t any long sitting and waiting while he went and ???talked to his manager???. All in all, the negotiation portion took 15 minutes. I really couldn???t recommend Tony more highly.
