2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Spitzer Buick GMC Parma review
Salesman Tom Shaffer and Finance Suzie Axlerod Woodward were the 2 people that we work with. They were great. They both treated us like family. The entire process moved along well and we felt like we didn't spent an entire day purchasing a car. I would recommend Spitzer Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Halleen Kia of Sandusky review
Travis the young salesman is outstanding, cares about you and the care you get from the dealership . The service department is also great. It's nice that they offer coffee water and snacks while you wait. The only thing better is if your car is in there for a very long time they could give you a rental or guest car so you can get other things done.

Crown Acura review
I had a great experience working with Matthew at Crown Acura throughout the entire process of getting my Acura Integra. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make everything come together. What I appreciated most was how he continued exploring different options to help me find the car with the exact specifications I wanted. He was very communicative throughout, which made the entire experience of getting a new car feel easy and pleasant. I really appreciate all of the time and effort Matthew put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend working with him!

Another great experience at Great Lakes Honda West. While I didn’t purchase one of my vehicles from Honda, I still choose to take it to Great Lakes for all of my service needs. From the friendly greetings to the honest and straightforward diagnosis to the respectfulness of the customers time, it is always clear how this business has grown over the years. The service team is well equipped, skilled, and trusted with all our makes and models. A forever customer.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Classic Honda is great to work with. We just completed our fourth lease with them and are completely satisfied as we have been in the past. Our sales rep, Charlie G, was helpful as he has always been and the process was seamless and complete.
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Great experience at the dealership. Micheal was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He helped me get into my Jeep Summit and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Micheal if you’re looking for a vehicle.
2024 Honda HR-V review
I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.
