Valley HondaReviews
Valley Honda review
I was just in for service today for my 2025 pilot my 2 nd oil change only even though I have visited the service dept a few times before Anthony is usually my go to guy. today Anthony wasn't there I had the pleasure to have Alonzo Carrillo what a great young man I let him know what I was in for He explained everything to me about my codes and what I would need today Very Knowledgeable did not try to push other services on me like most other service departments would ( I came from Hyundai the worst service dept ever in my 70 years of living) it's such a pleasure coming to your service department You should be proud of the job Alonzo and Anthony are doing their. Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. THANK YOU ALONZO you know how to treat a customer and to keep them coming back.I sent another friend over to your service department from new Lennox. He wasn't happy with his service department. He was using in Joliet. He has been coming now to Valley for his service . please let Alonzo how great of a job he's doing Even though Anthony is my go to guy Alonzo is right there with him

Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I heard Marino bought Mike Anderson Chevy. I was in the market to trade in my old Chevy, so I reached out to JC who sold me my wife’s Jeep. He told me he worked at both dealerships so I made an appointment with him at the Chevy dealership. He had everything lined up for when I got there and made the process easy. I would recommend JC to anyone that is going to buy a car at either of the Marino dealerships.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!

Windy City Autos LLCReviews
Windy City Autos LLC review
I recently purchased a Honda from Windy City Autos in Schaumburg, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out most was the honesty and transparency. Everything about the car was explained clearly, my questions were answered without any pressure, and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision. The car itself has been fantastic, its comfortable, smooth, reliable, fuel-efficient, and a pleasure to drive. It feels like I made an excellent choice, both in the vehicle and where I purchased it. Windy City Autos made the buying process simple and stress-free. They treated me with respect, made sure I understood the paperwork, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you’re in the Schaumburg area and looking for a quality used vehicle and a dealership you can feel comfortable dealing with, I highly recommend giving Windy City Autos a chance. Thank you to the entire Windy City Autos.

My first impression of this dealership was WOW! They had a Rolls-Royce parked which was crazy cool to see, as soon as they noticed us they went over to help us and to make the story short they gave us a great deal and I got out of there with my 2008 black corvette and I love it! They have a great variety of vehicles to choose from! You won't be disappointed!

The service group was very friendly and communicated well. The big issue I have is pricing for simple replacement parts. $345 for 4 spark plugs- the plugs cost me $32 and took less than an hour to replace them. $102 for a cabin filter, cost was $8 and it took 6 min to replace it.

Silver Auto Sales Inc. review
We were happy for a good price on our 2014 Prius C V. It is is nice condition and when I took it to a Toyota dealer for a thorough inspection, it only needed about $150 extra dollars of work. It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. This vehicle is a big asset and has more than expected and you guys made it possible, thanks!

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers MallReviews
CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.
