We bought a 2024 Passport Trailsport and the experience from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Our salesman (Rob C.) was excellent! He was patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our experience in the finance department was also positive. Brilliance Honda is a beautiful dealership; sparkling clean and well staffed with courteous and friendly people.

Honda of DentonReviews
Honda of Denton review
Ariana helped me last week, dealing with a scare I had, thinking that my muffler was messed up. Based on what I showed her from my video I shot under my card, she assured me it was nothing to worry about. I waited a for a little bit, and she let me know they got it taken care of it. It was something that could be pushed back up, because there may have been some screws that got loose. She told me about what caused it, that I have to be careful parking at curbs, and about bumps on the freeway. I shared with her that I was having bad anxiety, due to a personal matter, and she had a kind nurturing quality about her, telling "See, it's okay now, nothing to worry about :) " It was such relief, and I appreciated her telling it to me that way, and it helped me calm down.

Bommarito Honda Superstore review
Rachel, the salesperson had set up an appointment to look at some ussd cars. She was professional and so very kind. Knowledgeable and she set up test drives for the 2 vehicles I was interested in. Rachel showed me all the options each car had to offer. After choosing the car I wanted, She then sent me to the finance department and waited there until the process was completed. Got my car ready and even helped me to connect my phone to the car

Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMCReviews
Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMC review
Phul was awesome!! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn?t the color I wanted. Phul and Celia, the manager, worked endlessly to find my perfect car. I got to pick it up a couple weeks later. The wait was a killer, but they went above and beyond. This car is perfect. I can?t wait for family trips and taking in the stars through the awesome moon roof. Although I was disappointed on the wait, the professionalism and end result went above and beyond 5 stars. Thanks again Phil and Celia.

Findlay Honda Henderson review
We had an amazing experience purchasing my new car! From the moment we walked in, Rumel already knew we were from Hawaii and was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle for the right price—not just making a sale. The finance portion of buying a vehicle is usually the most stressful part, but Reba made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the paperwork and financing options so I felt completely comfortable with my decisions. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made a lasting impression, and I'm grateful for such a positive experience.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
We bought it new and only have 1600 miles on it but thus far we’re very pleased. While being very comfortable for everyone and roomy it’s a very practical vehicle. Combine the comfort and ease of use, the safety features and overall quality that comes with the Honda brand it’s tough to beat. After test driving the Toyota Sienna and the Kia Sedona, the Odyssey was the top pick for everyone. Taken it and a couple short road trips with the family and it performed above expectations. Very happy with the purchase.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

The only honest car dealership. Upfront about issues and the potential downsides. Good insight on different options & what to look out for. Led me exactly to what I was looking for. The price is literally the lowest I’ve seen Thank you so much BMVW

I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.

Coworkers referred me to Fred Anderson when looking for a used car, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Going to a dealership as a woman can be anxiety inducing, but I was treated with respect and kindness by the team from start to finish. Walked away with a great car with the pricing that worked for my budget!

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

The dealership had the vehicle I was looking for waiting on me when I arrived at the dealership. There was not a lot of game playing with purchase price and trade value.
