2019 Honda Odyssey review
I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!

We have bought cars from the Carter group before. But this was our first time to Carter Acura. They service was just like all of our other experiences with the Carter auto family. Go see them for sales or service you will no ne disappointed.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

I am impressed with the service that Pascal provided. He went above and beyond to send me video and photos when the car was about to go for detailing. He was pleasant to work with.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

Doug's HyundaiReviews
Doug's Hyundai review
5 Stars – An Unforgettable First Car Buying Experience at Doug’s Hyundai! As two young adults starting a new chapter and preparing to grow our little family, buying our first car was a major milestone. Thanks to Doug’s Hyundai—and especially Debra Martin—it became an unforgettable, joyful experience that we’ll cherish forever. Debra was truly the heart of this entire journey. From our very first visit, she made us feel completely at ease. There was no pressure, no sales pitch—just genuine kindness, care, and a deep understanding of what this moment meant to us. Over the course of several weeks, Debra stayed in touch, patiently answered every question (and there were a lot!), and helped guide us through every step with compassion and honesty. She made us feel seen, heard, and valued—not just as customers, but as people. By the time we drove away in our brand-new 2025 Hyundai Palisade XRT, we didn’t just have the perfect vehicle for our growing family—we had also gained a friend. Debra’s warmth, empathy, and dedication are rare, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side through this experience. Sales Manager Zach Gilbert played a huge role in making sure everything went smoothly, offering guidance and support every step of the way. And when it came time to talk numbers, Finance Manager Maksim Martemyanov made the financing process straightforward and stress-free. He walked us through all of our options clearly and honestly, making sure we felt confident and secure in our investment. We drove off the lot feeling not just like satisfied customers, but like part of the Doug’s Hyundai family. They treated us with kindness and respect, celebrated this milestone with us, and truly cared about getting us into a vehicle that fits our future. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and makes buying a car feel exciting instead of intimidating, Doug’s Hyundai is the place. This was more than just a purchase—it was the start of something special. Thank you, Debra, Zach, and Maksim. We truly appreciated the top tier member service throughout the entire process!
2021 Honda Odyssey review
The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

Honda of Kirkland review
Sandu, our salesman, was great! Sent us videos of the car, my son’s first one, prior to our arrival. Smooth process up until we got to waiting over three hours for finance to do their part. We almost walked out on our deal because of them.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Best experience They know want customers need and they never take advantage of it. Nice things to know that they care
2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

I had such a great experience with Ilkin here at iDeal Auto Sales! I got my dream car - a Toyota RAV4!! They were so understanding, friendly, and helpful during the whole process. It was my first time buying a car from an Auto Sales company, and it was such a smooth process and not intimidating at all! I would 110% recommend this location to anyone looking for a car or to sell their car. It was such a wonderful experience and I’ve had an amazing experience with my new car!! No issues, no problems - everything is kept super clean. We even saw people cleaning the cars while we were there, even though the cars already looked amazing!! Interior of my car was super clean as well, and included floor mats. I love my new car, and I am so excited for my new adventures in it and I am grateful for such a wonderful experience!!!

Miguel Ortiz was personable and thoughtful. He gave us the family experience at the Hyundai of Trenton when we purchased our used Honda Odyssey. Thank you Miguel for making this experience painless and enjoyable. We appreciate you and our beautiful new car.

CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!
2015 Honda Odyssey review
Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

Honda of Marysville review
We are so appreciative of Reise. Excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Excellent customer Service. If he didn’t tell me how long he had been in the job, i would tjimk he was here for years. He was a 10 stars. Keep him around, bring in more customers!
2017 Honda Odyssey review
This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

Elliott Bay INEOS GrenadierReviews
Elliott Bay INEOS Grenadier review
My experience with Elliot Bay and Dan was excellent. Friendly and professional. I am from out of state and my friend suggested I try Elliot Bay. I came in looking for a specific car and luck would have they had just gotten in exactly what I was looking for and I bought it that day. Dan always gets back to me quickly and has always got me what I needed. I would do business with him and the dealership and would recommend them both to friends.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

CarMax Boise (Meridian)Reviews
CarMax Boise (Meridian) review
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
