This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

This has been a great dealer to do business with! They went above and beyond. Normally car dealerships are fairly scummy and I dread doing business with them but PK Auto gave me a very fair price on the car I bought and made a bunch of repairs to it as a part of the purchase agreement. When the mechanic was looking over the car, he caught something else that was needing to be fixed and did that as well. I even had the A/C repair not quite do the trick and they did not give me a hard time about bringing it back at all. Very honest and the only time I’ve ever felt good buying a car.

We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.

AGI really is a friendly, family style business who worked hard and helped me get into a vehicle I didn't think was attainable. Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
