I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.
Me. Duffy was very helpful in pointing out the good reasons to choose the CRV at this stage of my life. I had a pilot and wasn’t sure. He was very very familiar about the car and all of the features. He was funny and put us at ease. He got me a good price, and the free trip is awesome. A good expierence all around!
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.

Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.

OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.

My husband and I were looking for a used car. We found some cars on the Brandfon Honda website and spoke with Kristen. She had the cars ready for us to test drive the same day. We were greeted by Grandell as soon as we arrived. We met with Kristen briefly and Grandell took us for a test drive in each of the cars. He was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We purchased a car the same day. It was the most efficient, hassle free purchase I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman Grandell! It was our first time buying from Brandfon Honda and we would definitely buy from them again in the future.
I???ve purchased 5 cars from this dealership over the past 10 years. 4 of them purchased from Joanne Panzo. I love working with her because I never feel like she???s trying to sell me bs. She will tell me if something is a good deal or a waste of my time. I feel like they???re fair. And even though this dealership has caused me some grief in the past, they always go out of their way to make it right. The cars are priced reasonably so I don???t spend a ton of time dealing with haggling. There really is no need for it. Ask for Joanne. She will make you feel comfortable and she keeps it light, which is needed at times when dealing with these types of transactions. I also dealt with Ed for the financing and I appreciated his calm demeanor and also his straight answers. I will always return here to buy cars because I can???t stand wordy and gimmicky sales people, and I never feel that way here.
