I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. Could not asked for a professional, friendly service at Honda Eagle Dealership; and I came out with a brand new car!!!!
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
The sales person Jay who was with us was amazing .. undoubtedly he did his best and is still helpful when in need 😍 .. the PROBLEM we had was with the FINANCIAL HEAD who at the crucial moment after finalizing everything kept a check that we had to opt for financing only in the bank they stated with highest APR and was forced to select the highest repayment period .. so just be mindful during the final moments before signing the papers .. I purchased my 2018 Civic hatchback this past weekend. This was the sixth new honda purchase for my family, the third new Honda purchase from Honda of Denton. This was by far my best new car purchase experience. Nate said he wouldn't lose my purchase to another dealer and he beat a competitor's deal and gave me a good trade in credit. It's always great working with Xriston and my salesman Jake went to bat for me. I feel confident I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Always give the local guys a shot first
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
