Great experience with purchase and our salesman. Only one little issue we found out when we needed it the most during pouring down rain, we had no front windshield wipers installed on our new to us car. UGH.

While car shopping is never a fun experience, working with Laura Diaz was great. She was personable, helpful, friendly, and never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to. She made helpful recommendations, worked with me to find a vehicle that would work for my budget, and even if I asked a question she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she made sure to find out the answer for me. Highly recommend working with Laura to find a vehicle that’s right for you!

I’d been to shady second rate places before I ended up at Midway Auto and they were so nice and overly accommodating. They made it easy and stress free to purchase the car I wanted and I left there feeling like I’d made a good decision and I would easily go back again for my next vehicle purchase. Without a doubt.

Was in the market for a new practical vehicle as I lease a new Audi Electric. Wanted something I could jump in and drive, and moving to Texas it was only right I got my first truck. Young Kid Amir showed me two trucks and after two days and giving him a hard time we settled on a 2024 Silverado at a price we could both live with. If you are in the market for a vehicle hit up Amir at Classic Chevy he will take care of you

Cavender Nissan of RockwallReviews
Cavender Nissan of Rockwall review
If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. Stavros is a true asset to this dealership. I know Cavender’s has had a tough reputation in the past, but give them a chance—big changes are happening, and it’s because of people like him. Cavender’s, you’ve earned a customer for life. But more importantly, Stavros—you’ve earned a customer for life.

My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. Big thanks to Guillermo, Juan, and the folks at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine! C & M Wilk

This is the 3rd car we've bought from this dealership. Josh McKay has been great to work with. They have no haggle pricing, just a best price every time. I love that they carry reasonably priced cars because two of the ones we bought were for our teenagers. I would definitely buy from them again.

My alternator was going out while I was driving and they were able to get me in immediately. The service representative was very helpful, calming and understanding. She kept me regularly updated and got my car fixed and me back on the road safely in time for my next appointment. Had they not helped me I would have likely incurred multiple towing charges and possibly worse trying to get home.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
