McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

I’m the owner of 2 Honda vehicles, both of which I bought at this dealership & have serviced at that same dealership for the last 13 years. The service representatives are always competent, professional & polite & the mechanics are experts at fixing whatever problems may arise with my vehicles & keep them running like new. A special note of recognition to Jennifer Kane, who has been my most frequent Service Representative over the years, who always takes good care of me & makes an effort to get me back on the road in good time which I greatly appreciate!

White Allen Honda in Dayton was great. All of the people are easy to work with, friendly and accommodating - especially our dealer Cat McMillian. The paper work and financing was the quickest and easiest of any car dealership I have had over the years - a quarter of the time it has taken at other dealerships. Great job!

Howdy Honda review
Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. Fortunately, there was no issue after all. He installed my new plates, checked my windshield washer system, and off I went...a very satisfied and happy customer. ---Karen Gingrich, Dripping Springs

Hennessy Honda of WoodstockReviews
Hennessy Honda of Woodstock review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Stars for Nick Swafford From the moment we walked into the dealership, my wife and I got a great vibe from Nick right away. He was welcoming, genuine, and incredibly easy to talk to, none of that usual sales pressure or games you expect from a car lot. A few days later, when we popped back in without an appointment, Nick surprised us with perfect timing. A trade-in offer came in just in the nick of time for the exact vehicle we had our eyes on, and he made it a priority to make sure we got it. Even though he was clearly juggling four different customers at once, he somehow managed to give everyone the attention they needed without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. That alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Nick was straightforward and honest—no tactics, no runaround, no gimmicks. Just a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish, and that’s exactly what made working with him such a relief. Also, a huge shout-out to Greg in finance. He made the signing process smooth, informative, and stress-free. Greg took the time to explain everything clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and we genuinely appreciated how professional and patient he was throughout the entire transaction. If you’re in the market for a Honda, ask for Nick Swafford and make sure Greg handles your paperwork. You’ll be glad you did. Highly recommend!

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

The waiting area is wonderful, seriously. They have snacks, water and coffee, comfortable clean chairs; the cleanest restroom I have ever seen, and a wonderfully neutral gardening/home show on the tv. It?s easy to work while you wait if needed. The woman who took care of my service was friendly and thoughtful, and made sure to answer any questions I had. I?ll never go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience with my service advisor. He was arrogant and rude. I had a kind lady that greeted me at my car but then transferred to him.
