This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

Car shopping can be incredibly stressful, and after visiting countless dealerships and dealing with pushy sales reps trying to take advantage, I was exhausted. That changed when I made my final stop at this location and met Maurice West. From the moment we connected, he didn?t approach me like a typical car salesman?he came across as a genuine person who truly wanted to help. After all the pressure and sales tactics I?d faced, Maurice was a breath of fresh air. Never once did I feel like he was pushing a car I didn?t want. His patience and dedication were the key to helping me close this deal, and I can?t thank him enough. On the finance side, Tori Nguyen was absolutely amazing. She carefully walked me through every line item, breaking things down clearly and answering all of my (many) questions. Her transparency and professionalism gave me peace of mind in what could have been a confusing process. The figures kept fluctuating?one moment down, the next up significantly. It was frustrating and almost caused me to walk away from the entire deal. But thankfully, Maurice West encouraged me to hold off and wait for Tori to explain everything thoroughly?which made all the difference. In the end, it was Maurice and Tori who made this purchase possible. Without them, I would?ve taken my business elsewhere. I?m so grateful to have had their help in making my Hyundai purchase a positive and memorable one.

This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.

Arden was friendly and willing to work within my negotiations on my trade in. I was so excited to see they had the truck I was looking for in the model I wanted. Gerardo (financial manager) also made it a nice transaction.

This is my 4th Hyundai and I buy them for the warranty. I even received a new engine in my last Hyundai on warranty at 120,000 miles. I do appreciate that Hyundai honors their warranties. I have had good luck for the most part with all Hyundais and love the comfort, amenities and sporty look of the Tuscon. My only concern is that at 1.5 years and with 30,000 miles I had to have the oil pan replaced but again thanks to the Hyundai warranty no cost.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

2012, 15 years and 560,000 km has done me well. minimal maintenance. oil change every 6k km. 4>3gear knock / slip at cruising speed started last year, 1500$ engine gasket quote sealed its imminent fate.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

Excellent fuel economy, safety features and technology. The interior feels very roomy for a car this size and the trunk is larger than I expected. No spare tire on this model, just a patch kit. Overall, great value for the money.

Had to go in for routine service and it was such a wonderful process. Like the full transparency provided and my Service Advisor David was awesome. Another thing I appreciated was the video provided of my vehicle while in service and recommended services to keep my Lexus in top notch condition.

Just a terrific car for the price. I'm 6'6" tall and have long legs and I'm more comfortable in this car than I am in many much larger vehicles. I've gotten over 40 MPG since I've owned it and am really enjoying driving it with the lane assist and auto hold features.
