I visited this used auto dealership a little apprehensively - had recently gone to a dealership specializing in used inventory and my experience was not much to write about. From the time I met with general manager Justin DesPres to the end of my visit I could not have been more impressed! Although I did not leave having made a purchase, its my intention to do so in the next 7 days (had to firm up some details before purchase). Justin is clearly prepared to do business - he was much more motivated and knowledgeable than the previous place I visited.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.
Let me tell you I have gotten quite a few cars in my life hands down 2nd street auto is the best place to go I didn't even feel like I was dealing with a salesman. Matt bent over backwards to get the deal done fast for me because he knew i was excited to get my new truck home.
Family certified motors is exactly what their name implies, your car is certified, and you are treated just like family. Everyone is helpful, but not pushy, they want you to be happy with your car after you buy it. I had shopped at many other dealers and I think I purchased at the best!
Just got my first oil change in the new car and a tire rotation!!! Couldn’t be happier with their service. They are always helpful and knowledged with the services you need done. They explain with great knowledge as well so you can understand the services they have performed to your vehicle!!! They make you feel right at home in the waiting area with snacks drinks and everything else you could need to feel welcome!!!
This visit was for state inspection and oil change. There was absolutely no discussion at all at the end of the visit. The service tech said it was done took my payment handed me the reciept and that was it. Did not say anything about any of the inspection points or even iffer info for next service needs. Very disappointed with this visit. He barely said 6 or 7 words during the whole visit.
After a poor experience at a dealership in Maine, I made the 2 hour and 15 minute drive to Laconia and Irwin’s to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Prius. My experience was outstanding and the prices were surprising in a good way. I ended up with far more car for almost $2,000 less than I would have paid here in Maine. I HIGHLY recommend making the drive, not only is it a beautiful drive, it’s also totally worth the buying experience.
