I call about a BMW Envy Motors had on cars.Com. The sales person was very helpful in answering all my questions. I had a long talk about the vehicle and at no time was I rushed or pushed away like other dealerships that call. I have not made a purchase yet,but will soon. It will be from this dealership.
Great Car, but Gas Mileage could be better.
by AlrightCar from Buffalo, NY

I currently have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for roughly seven and a half years now. Currently has 135,600 miles on it and never had any major issues with it. But the car was first rated at 29 city and 40 highway then changed to 28 city and 38 highway and 32 average. The last time I calculated the gas mileage for my car, I drove mostly highway and country roads with a light foot and only managed to average 31.4 MPG. Not terrible, but not great either. I almost never put on the air conditioning during the entire week with the car from full to almost empty. A lot of people are complaining about gas mileage with the Elantra as well, and it seems the Elantra of this model year is getting a few MPG lower in the real world than the rated EPA numbers. Even most other compact cars in the 2012 model years such as the Cruze, Focus, Civic and even the outdated Corolla are still averaging around 32 to 34 MPG while many people are only averaging 28 to 30 MPG with the Elantra. People are getting around the same gas mileage with the 2012 Camry 2.5 four cylinder. Even other Hyundai cars in the 2012 model year are getting real world gas mileage matching the EPA rated. Otherwise, for a seven and a half year old car, it still feels very solid, almost no creaks or rattles unless the weather outside is cold, the front seats are comfortable and the rear seats are like a couch, roomy interior, and overall a very reliable and safe commuter car. Not the best real-world MPG, but still fairly decent and I still recommend the 2012 Elantra to someone searching for a reliable used car.

THis is a great looking and handling car that holds it's value and lasts forever. I've owned 3 Hyundai models now and all of them have been my favorite car. I've had the Entourage (Mini-Van) Sonata (Mid-Size Sedan) and the Elantra (4 door compact) All have gone well beyond 180K miles except the Elantra that I just bought but that I firmly believe will do the same. The best part is that if you buy it used and there is one owner part of the factory warranty still applies.

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Felix today. He is really a very nice and genuine guy who was just as excited about the car as I was. He was very professional and not a typical pushy/sleazy salesman like I have dealt with in the past. It was truly a pleasure to deal with him, and Edison Nissan as a whole. Felix helped me get a great deal on a Subaru STi that I had been dreaming of for quite some time. Thank you so much for your help, I am absolutely loving the car already!

I purchased this car because I DO NOT want a lot of bells and whistles on my car! I also wanted manual transmission! I also wanted a dial speedometer NOT a digital one! This car came with all that I wanted in comparison to the 2012 Honda Civic which had a bunch of needless stuff along with a digital speedometer! Yes, I was happy with my purchase and I still am! Although there are some design flaws such as the door handles crack over time due to design issues and the dealer will not pay to have this corrected - VERY DISAPPOINTED in this issue!

I bought the 2013 Infinity M37 and this car is by far my favorite from all that I???ve ever owned. I was planning to get a different model but once I came down to the M Sport Car Motor Company, and had a chat with the sales manager I decided to listen to his advice and I don???t regret it at all. Angelo offered a test drive and after naming all the differences between the two, I realized that this offer has more advantages, and with such affordable price it was my final decision. Wouldn???t make it without you, my friend!

To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

Went in to look at a few vehicles I saw on cars.com. wound up purchasing a 2007 Mercedes E350 earlier today. Picking it up in the morning. Great customer service by all the staff. Gave me a lot of their time so I would feel comfortable in making the right decision. Got a great deal. Will recommend All Sales to my friends.

for the money It is a good car. However it has never come close to the mpg posted on the window. And mileage was a big reason i purchased the car. I have had no mechanical problems with the car. My wifes car got much better mpg and felt more solid and was quite inside. But we paid 50% more for that. Wife wins. I like my Hyundai

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

Had an exceptional experience here at Paul Miller Honda! I submitted an online inquiry and received the requested information from Cindy in BDC almost immediately. Once my initial questions were answered, Cindy connected me to the internet sales manager (George) who worked out a deal. I still owed money on my car and had budget constraints, so I knew it wouldn???t be easy - but George was able to put together a fantastic deal on a 2018 Civic EX-T. George and his BDC team were transparent and helpful every step of the way. Once at the dealership, I was assisted by Simon from the sales team. Simon was both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda lineup. After test driving the Civic, he introduced me to his finance manager (Victor) and the sales manager (Flavia). Much like Simon, Victor and Flavia exhibited high levels of professionalism. Within a short time, I was approved by Honda financial for the deal. The delivery was seamless and before I left, Simon made sure to show me the features on my new car and answer any remaining questions. The managers involved came out to congratulate me and I was on my way! I would without a doubt recommend Paul Miller Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Every employee along the way was helpful and took the time to make sure my vehicle needs were met. A major THANK YOU to George, Cindy, Simon, Flavia, and Victor! Absolutely loving my new Civic. :)

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

xxxxty paint, subpar customer service.
by barefootblonde from Norman, Oklahoma
February 26, 2019

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

From searching for a used car, up until the signing on the dotted line, this process was the most pain free, profesional interaction I've ever had buying a car. All their cars are super clean, and the sales dept is the least pushiest of any dealership I've ever dealt with, and I have purchased a dozen cars over the past 10 yrs. Both Vic, and Ric will go way above and beyond to work to get you into the car of your choice. Great inventory, Great prices, and speedy process. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Where Do I Start . . .

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

The car is smooth, powerful, the perfect size, and easy to maintain. I feel like it is an amazing deal for just those reasons let alone the sound quality and other perks.

Louie is awesome. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and didn’t hassle or rush me just to close a sale. Even went out of his way to lookup other locations inventory.
Solid, Reliable, Stylish ... and Fun to Drive

This car replaces a 2011 Elantra. It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ... I like that ... 😊 The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car... I agree. Al the controls are logical and well laid out. I have room for my cross country skis folding down the rear seats... Very, VERY HAPPY with the mileage I get, especially on the highway - a “stingy” 38 MPG ... ...! Practical, fun to drive without going over the top. What more can I say??...

Was looking for a fun second car

My 2010 Honda Pilot Touring does all the heavy lifting in this household. Its driven the most, mainly for chores and emergencies at work. It is big, fast and above all comfortable to drive. I will never trade it in and always will be a "Pilot Driver" . But I was always yearning for a second fun car that was small, sleek and fast as well. The new 2017 Honda Civic Coup Touring caught my eye. The Civic would become my 4th Honda vehicle purchase through DCH Kay Honda, Eatontown. I had done my sales research on the vehicle so I was prepared for the torture of the sale negotiations. I worked with David Radice. Though the car was not on the lot he spent his time and found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. David was patient with all my questions, and I had many of those. Very knowledgeable. He did not play sales games, he was honest and straight forward. "You need this, but you don't need that" WOW! Took me on a test drive with the Civic. He wanted me to feel the difference in drive between Pilot and Civic. There is a big difference difference in driving experience between a Pilot and a Civic. He was concerned. Like the Pilot Touring, I fell in love with the Civic Touring. Zippy little thing! In the end it was a win-win for both of us . I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and they had another satisfied customer and sale. Work with David. As for service, well a Honda will last forever as long as you maintain them by the book. Ken Kallok is the service manager at Eatontown. He runs a tight ship and a clean shop. That speaks volumes. Have a service problem speak to him. My service advisor is always Glen Carr and my mechanic is Anthony. A whiz on Hondas. Why? Because I demand a great deal from my vehicles as I am on call 24/7- 365 days a year. These gentlemen and my Honda vehicles may sure I get safely where I have to be when that phone rings at 2AM in the morning.
Love, Love, Love My Elantra!!

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!
