A huge thank you to Mercedes-Benz of Springfield, I sincerely appreciate , respect and value your top notch service, professionalism, and and fixing my SUV within short period of time . I am very pleased and happy with service and outcome also grateful to Tom who kept me updated and delivered his best. You guys are amazing I do highly recommend your work.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Working with salesperson Abdu was a pleasure from start to finish. He was thorough and when issues were out of his control he was very communicative in letting me know what was happening. He was very personable and explained the car in great detail as this was my first experience with MB of Springfield. I love my purchase and my deal which was also a pleasurable experience with the finance person. I look forward to future engagements with the rest of the Departments.

The sales person I worked with (Anthony) at the enfield store was very nice informative clear in explaining what was going on. Very easy fast and pleasant experience with buying a new car
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. I plan on going back and working with Ed on a personal vehicle.

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

Key Hyundai of Manchester review
We had been researching and reviewing cars for a while. When we walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester, took a Tuscon 2023 for a test drive, well, that was the end of our search. Not only was the car the one we fell in love with; Brianna was a great representative for the dealership. She was patient with answering our many questions and quite efficient in processing the paperwork. She helped us from the moment we walked in the door until we were happily driving off in our new Tucson, ensuring us she'd be happy to continue answering any questions that may come up! Thank you, Brianna!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Suburban Subaru, thanks to Jose! From the very beginning, he was welcoming, friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely attentive. He made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable, taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I felt confident in my purchase. When I returned to pick up my car, Jose went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through all the features and explain how everything worked. He was thorough, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car. To top it all off, he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Jose is a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service should be. He is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jose and Suburban Subaru to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free car-buying experience. Thank you, Jose, for making my purchase such a pleasant one!

Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!

John Hansen is a great service advisor. He went the extra mile in explaining the service for the day, and the service was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend him and Westboro Toyota any time. Great folks.
2025 Hyundai KONA review
Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Highly recommend Hyundai of Torrington. Mike H. was very straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. After visiting multiple Hyundai dealerships we definitely found the best in CT from beginning to end. Thank you Hyundai Torrington!

It feels solid on the road, handles well on turns, and when you close the doors they sound solid - no tin can sound or feel.

Middletown Nissan review
I purchased a used vehicle from Middletown Nissan. Jazlynn Cuero was amazing throughout the whole process. She was patient, paid attention to details and explained each step to me and answered all my questions. Above all, she worked hard to get me close to the number I wanted. This is one of my best experiences purchasing a car. If you ever go to Middletown Nissan, ask for Jazlynn! Emeka.

Westboro ToyotaReviews
Westboro Toyota review
My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

Josh in sales did a great job with follow up and found the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Mike in finance found me a bank with a good interest rate, which is hard to do these days. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the whole buying experience enjoyable.

Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.
