A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

The waiting room was very clean and hospitable. The staff was professional and the sales representative was knowledgeable and courteous.

Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

It feels solid on the road, handles well on turns, and when you close the doors they sound solid - no tin can sound or feel.

Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.
