Hoffman Audi of East Hartford review
Rob was great to deal with as a service provider, always informing us of what was going on and they went above and beyond to take care of some parts under warranty. That’s customer service
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Hoffman Honda review
July 17, 2026. Went for appointment for service for a manufacturer’s recall. Was greeted immediately by a very personable representative who took basic information and sent me to see a service rep, Kelly B. She was cordial and business-like, sensitive to my statement that I wasn’t interested in additional services that day, and initiated the repair. I was able to read in the waiting area with little interruption. And I was out of there in just over an hour. Hondas are great cars, very reliable and durable. Hoffman always seems to offer high-quality service. Bob G.

This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Chantilly provided me with the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. She is warm, funny, caring, patient, and she knows her stuff inside and out. She is always willing to answer questions, but she will also seek out answers from others when she does not know the answer. I really enjoyed my experience and never felt pressured in ANY way. Thank you for being so passionate and talented in your profession!!
2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Bertera Mitsubishi review
As I live over 1 hour away from any Mitsubishi dealer I attempted to email all the dealerships around me and discuss Mirage pricing. Bertera was competitive but didn't end up the lowest price. Even though I purchased a car elsewhere they where to best to deal with by email. I didn't get the you have to come in line so many dealerships used. They where extremely responsive and answered all my questions very quickly.

Great place to buy. I’ve bought 10 cars. Best experience I’ve ever had. Jon, Mike, and Jim were awesome!! Bought a new Elantra and the service is great too!
2023 Hyundai KONA review
Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

It feels solid on the road, handles well on turns, and when you close the doors they sound solid - no tin can sound or feel.

Excellent service, very polite, honest and looking to satisfy and meet the customers needs. The text are very knowledgeable and they explain everything they do. Angel V goes behind the expectations by the company. You couldn’t find anyone to help you more.

Smooth ride. Love this car. Got the neon yellow. Stands out and it's different than just the plain colors. My kids loved to color too.

After several attempts by my mechanic to fix the issue without success, the problem appears to be solved. I was able to get a quick appointment and the work was completed on time.

Josh in sales did a great job with follow up and found the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Mike in finance found me a bank with a good interest rate, which is hard to do these days. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the whole buying experience enjoyable.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
