Jose was great and made the car buying process concise and effective. Very friendly staff
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

Grace Auto GroupReviews
Grace Auto Group review
Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!

We ended up purchasing another Ram that we saw on their website. Totally met expectations. Truck was a 2019 but looked band new and totally clean. Chris was easy to work with. They didn't even take our trade-in for a drive before agreeing on a trade price.

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

AutoBay was extremely honorable in my entire car buying experience. They were upfront about pricing, tried to make the deal as fair as possible, and when there was a transport hiccup not of their doing, made sure things went smoothly thereafter. I would absolutely buy from them again

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

🚘💭I got a good car, at a good price all thanks to ASHLEY! I LOVE the customer service. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making the sale happen, and getting my credit approved. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the price. Now, my credit is better than it was before, and even new credit cards are being approved! Thank you :) 💳 I spoke with the competitors after the fact, and they confirmed that I got a good deal. They admitted that they would have charged me more! Also, they might not have even approved me to begin with.
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

I recently made an appointment for a sixth month service for my Rogue Sport. The needed service was explained to me by Angie Cadena who also updated me on the work through a video. Angie is wonderful! She is very professional, efficient, and courteous. I value her advice and appreciate her attention to detail. Just as she promised, my car was ready in an hour which made it a pleasant experience. I am thankful to Angie and the service crew at Nissan!

Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport review
Had a pending deal at another dealer. Stopped here on my way to the other dealer to see if they could do any better. Called from the parking lot and the salesman Ken came running out. Not only did they beat the deal, they put me into a 2027 instead of a 2026. Ken is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. If you want a Nissan you need to go see this guy!! I found myself a new dealership and love the new Frontier. Thank you all.
