I just recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator , Ford Explorer, Expedition, still have it and a Jeep Grand Cherokee , Tahoe . This Hyundai is so much more comfortable , handles great 👍🏻. It’s a beauty !

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Had an appointment with salesman Greg Ott to test drive a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We have known "Greg "Texas Ott" for well over 25 years from buying all of our Toyota vehicles, 3 Toyota trucks , Corolla, Camry, Rav 4 and now Highlander as well as recommending others to Thompson (Ourisman). We have always been treated like a 5 star customer which is why we always come back to purchase your vehicles.
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review
I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Antwerpen Hyundai of Baltimore review
My husband and I had to shop for a car for our handicapped daughter who was recently paralyzed after surgery, The sales person, Berlinda Chandler, made this experience in shopping for a van to suit our daughter's needs was very professional, very caring and very informative. After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review
Great car. Matter of fact it’s the nicest one I’ve ever owned. Went from a Ford Explorer which had a horrible ride and all sorts of maintenance issues past 110,000 miles to the Palisade. Unbelievably smooth ride. Lots of room. Very comfortable seats. Dash layout is well designed. Fantastic price as well.

Anderson Honda review
I can’t say enough good things about my recent car buying experience at Anderson Honda! I worked with Nikki (sales) and Dustin (finance) when buying my new 2025 Honda Pilot. These two made my experience so easy and fun. They were very transparent throughout the whole process and gave me a good deal all over email. Both took their time to explain everything they were doing and help make sure I felt comfortable throughout my car buying process. If you are looking for a simple, honest, and fun car buying experience, I highly recommend Anderson Honda. I really appreciate the work Nikki and Dustin put in to make this experience great and will be back to buy my next car!

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Monday, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. I was thoroughly pleased with the ease of operating of this vehicle. After a fair amount of negotiation, we agreed on the sale price. Nana is a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work!
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Easterns Nissan of White Marsh review
Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!

Bob Bell Ford Hyundai review
Just bought a new 2022 Hyundai Kona at Bob Bell - James Franklin is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He made the entire process simple and easy, very honest and upfront. I recommend going to James for your new Hyundai - he will not try to tack on hidden fees, will listen to what you are looking for and help you get the best deal possible. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review
This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

What makes you always just to come back to visit her whether you coming to buy a vehicle or not or get any other service done or any vehicle to me it seemed like I was just coming to visit her because she’s so pleasant if I have a hard day, probably, I might even come out there just to make her cheer me up. She’s a very good worker. She deserve it. Everything is nice to be given to her. She needed it and I think it will go for all the workers that’s in the back part two that’s working on the cars. Buchanan KiaReviews
Buchanan Kia review
Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! Thanks for the amazing customer care and service!!

Victor did an amazing job talking to us about the car and the process of purchasing a car. He was very patient with all of our questions
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

Martin Honda review
Took my son to buy his first used car! We met with Jose Lasalle as soon as we got in the parking lot! He was kind, knowledgeable and funny! We all hit it off right away! He helped my son pick out a great car that he just loves! My husband works for Nissan, but we chose Martin Honda to buy from! Best experience from start to finish! Love Honda cars! Jose was patient and answered all our questions and made it a quick and easy experience! We will definitely be customers again! My husband also had a great conversation with Al the director there! Can’t say enough about how amazing this dealership is! Thanks Jose and Al for the best used car buying experience EVER!
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Lancaster Mitsubishi review
Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior. When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc.Reviews
Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.

Auto Connection of LancasterReviews
Auto Connection of Lancaster review
I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Through an acquaintance, I was hooked up with Jeremy Horst who helped me trick out my new Jeep. I started with a base model 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara JL—I was able to pick out my wheels and then Jeremy guided me with what lift and tires I should add. The entire process was seamless and was actually fun and exciting! Jeremy delivered on his word—a gorgeous Jeep! Thank you Jeremy for all your help and guidance. I would recommend Jeremy and Auto Connection if you are looking for a sweet ride!
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!
