2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

I had a wonderful experience last Friday, Feb. 14th at the Ed Voyles Hyundai. I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Maria my Service Advisor was very helpful and accommodating. EJ was the sweetest young lady and was very helpful as well. My technicians Corey and Emmanuel did an excellent job with my repairs. Micah the porter was nice enough to go to the back and retrieve my apple charger from my car while my vehicle was being repaired. The Service Manager was not nice at all and very unprofessional to say the least. I asked to use an iPhone Charger and one of the employees found one for me. I would typically have my cord on me, but what I thought would be a quick oil change turned into an 8-hour costly repair. Because I was caught off guard with the I was not prepared for the time spent at the dealer and I live across town so I could not go home nor was I provided with a loaner. I had a conference call to take and needed a charger. I went to one of the service advisors and she tried to help me find one. She found a cord in the wall but, when she went to grab it the service manager snatched it and said no. He was really rude and disrespectful about it, and I felt so disrespected by the way he handled it. He saw me there all morning and knew I would be there for the majority of the day, but his attitude was horrible about it. That's when Micah saw the disappointment on my face and suggested that to retrieve mine from my vehicle, he was such a sweetheart. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Hyundai because of the employees but not the Service Manager.
2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Bought my Santa Fe with SEL trim level in May 2021. After 16,000 miles I have had no problems and have enjoyed the quiet, smooth ride. Lots of space and great gas mileage (average slightly over 30 mpg, mix of city and highway. Love all of the safety features and the long warranty. The AEB system helped me to avoid a collision when a driver pulled directly in front of me from a side road. Brakes activated before my foot hit the brake pedal. My only knock is the somewhat slow acceleration in Normal or Economy mode, but the Sport mode does fine.

2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.
