I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

2023 Hyundai SONATA review
I've got a 2023 Sonata N Line, with 1800 miles on it now. It's a great car, for the money. Performance, style, comfort. It needs a memory seat for sure. The front seats mold to you but is very hard to get in and out of unless you move the seat back. Also, the inside needs much more storage space, center console is small, glove box is small, and side pockets are almost useless.

2023 Hyundai SONATA review
I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

D'Arcy Buick GMC review
I am really happy with the service I received on October 5th and 6th 1026. Service Advisor Armando Bautista very thorough, courteous and professional. He made sure the warranty company paid their fair share of the cost to repair my vehicle. The warranty company offered to pay only a third of the cost after Armando was done consulting with them they ended up paying just at half of the cost. He also advocated that i received a free car rental for 24hrs to run a few errands i had scheduled that day while my vehicle was being worked on. If the service advisors could be tipped Armando would have surely received one from me. Clean place and clean spirit throughout the dealership!

2023 Hyundai SONATA review
Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata SEL. The car had 27000 miles on it. It met my requirements for power, ride, comfort, and options. I've had it for about a month now and it is everything I was hoping to have in a good performing, comfortable, reliable car. I especially like the interior cabin space and the display screen, Nice big, clear backup camera, and the some of the options for driver assist are great including the variable cruise control, the blind spot warning alert, and the lane departure warning alert.

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
UPDATE: I want to express my deepest gratitude to General Manager Corey Owens and Alexandra Mesa for their exceptional leadership and true professionalism. When Mr. Owens became personally aware of the situation and the mileage discrepancy with my vehicle, he contacted me immediately to resolve it. He honestly clarified that he was not previously aware of what had happened, as other staff members had been handling the email responses under his name. Both Corey and Alexandra were incredibly kind, honest, and showed genuine empathy toward my family. They took personal responsibility and provided a fair, signed legal agreement that completely resolved our case in great faith. It is clear that Mr. Owens is a man of high integrity who truly cares about his customers. People like Corey and Alexandra make a real difference. If I ever recommend this dealership to anyone in the future, it will be especially to him and Alexandra due to their outstanding service. Please note: I am currently contacting Cars.com customer service directly to modify this review, as the system is temporarily blocking me from changing the initial 1-star rating to the 5-star rating that Corey Owens truly deserves."

I had an amazing experience at Webb Hyundai Highland, and I have Big John to thank for it. John went above and beyond throughout the entire car-buying process. He was incredibly professional, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I had difficulties obtaining my state ID, and John helped me through the entire process and supported me far beyond what I ever expected from a salesperson. He truly cared about making everything easier for me. Honestly, I believe John is one of the best professionals I have ever met. He is not only an excellent salesperson, but an amazing person who genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to buy a car. The entire Webb Hyundai team was also very helpful and supportive, but my experience was truly made special because of John. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me through this process. Thank you, Big John!
