I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Many Thanks to our Salesman Colton Allison & to his boss for being so reasonable over the phone with the price & to the dealership for getting all the finance & paperwork handled, to the detail guys & whoever filled up my gas tank. I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!

I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. 2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.
