I took my car in for service a few weeks ago. It was a very good experience. The needed repairs were late due to an ice storm that prevented FedEx from getting a part from Tennessee to Avon. The service manager could not have been more concerned and solicitise. While the car was in the shop he called me twice a day, at noon and around 5:00PM, to give me an update. Excellent service. And the waiting room in the BEST one I have ever been in. I will use Ray Skillman for all my auto service needs.
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Cody was our sales person and laughed right along with us around every turn and bend through the process. The rest of the team we encountered were just as great. For a time that can be pretty exciting yet stressful they all attempted to make it the least stressfull they could. Cody and the rest of the team were very accomidating when our minds changed or found ourselves in over our heads...and best of all...no pressure to buy something we couldn't afford just to make a sale. If we said it was beyond our budget they worked with us to find something we were going to be happy with that was within our budget. Great Job guys!!!
