I cannot say enough great things about Kay Williams at Dodge Jeep Ram of Stonecrest! From day one, she has provided truly exceptional customer service. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares about her customers. There’s never any pressure—just honest guidance and support. I purchased my car from her about a year and a half ago, and she has continued to go above and beyond ever since. She periodically checks in to see how I’m doing and how my car is holding up, and she always keeps me informed about great sales and helpful maintenance tips. Recently, I reached out to her about possibly trading in my husband’s car, and she immediately jumped into action. She helped him secure an amazing deal and took the time to walk us through everything multiple times. At no point did we feel rushed—her main priority was making sure my husband felt completely comfortable with his decision. Kay is knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to her clients. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, she is the one. Thank you, Kay! 💙

DESOTO Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
DESOTO Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.
2020 Hyundai Veloster review
The Veloster is a great first car for a new driver. The technology inside and the hatchback are my son’s favorite part. Gas mileage is also good.

2020 Hyundai Veloster review
I just picked up my 2020 Veloster R-Spec. This car is an absolute blast to drive. The styling is very unique and looks modern, but it's not overly done. The handling and performance are amazing, plus it gets really good gas mileage for a turbo charged car. The interior is really comfortable and all the controls are conveniently placed. The 6 speed manual with short shifter has a really nice feel and is very precise. You really can't beat the performance for the price!

I found a few cars I liked online and ended up checking out 4 or 5 at differet dealerships that day. The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert

BMW SeattleReviews
BMW Seattle review
I've worked with a lot of car dealers, buying both new and used cars, in the 25+ years I've been driving. This includes competing premium brands like Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus - as well as more mainstream brands like GM and competing PNW BMW dealerships. BMW Seattle has been, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. Adam and the sales team are friendly, approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I can honestly say I've built a genuine relationship with the team there in the 15+ years I've been buying (mostly) BMW. The service team are also excellent, which makes the overall ownership experience top notch. I can't recommend these guys enough!

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

We needed a prius for business. Sedrick helped find us the exact vehicle we requested within 24 hours. The vehicle was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. His experience and professionalism in the car biz ensured we had a smooth deal from taking me on a great friendly test drive with their in-house vehicle then special ordering our specific request, financing, and ultimately handing over the keys to our spanky new AWD Prius! Thank You Sedrick and the team at Mid City Toyota!

Kyle and his business partners were absolutely amazing to work with! I had an appointment scheduled and already knew which vehicle I was interested in, so when I arrived, it was ready and waiting for a test drive. Afterward, they took the time to answer all of our questions, made the process smooth and easy, and helped us seal the deal! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re in the market for your next vehicle, I highly recommend giving Kyle and his team a visit. You won’t be disappointed!
