Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!

From the minute My wife and I walked in, there was no pressure put on us. Our sales person, Olajide and Tom, the finance director, were excellent! No pressure at all, respecting our decisions. Stress free experience, a rare ocassion in the car business but they were both wonderful.

Out of the three Hyundai dealers in South eastern Massachusetts this by far blows the other two away. The service department was quick complete competent and the staff completely put me at ease . Best service dept period my car runs like new now
Excellent experience. Alan made buying our vehicle stress free and easy. We felt zero pressure into buying and he was so good with our 15 month old daughter. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made it happen. Also dealing with Earl in the finance department was an absolute pleasure. Even the staff we didn’t have any direct reaction to while there seemed very friendly and even took out a little time to make faces with our daughter. Not enough good things to say about this place. We hope to be back again in the future for other car purchases.

You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.
