The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.
I have owned my Fort Mill purchased Electra for about one year. I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great. We looked at no less than 2 other Hyundai dealers and Fort Mill Hyundai had the best price and the two people that made it happen over the phone, before we met anyone in person, were so helpful and gave me exactly what I needed to help my wife make a great purchase. My hats off to Cindy Maggard, and Ray Anderson. Cindy answered my wife's email just from looking at the website, she was so personable and made the experience very comfortable. When it came to numbers Ray got involved as the sales manager and even over the phone made the best deal we could get and we drove in to meet them. We walked in and they had my wife's name on a welcome board, which made her feel special, something they continued to do throughout the whole process. All the numbers were exactly as they had laid out over the phone all my wife had to do was pick the color. We met Alex Carroll to give our down payment and sign papers and he was very soft in his approach to mention other options available and was fine with our choices. No pressure at all to do anything we did not want to do. Overall this was a very good experience and would definitely buy from them again and refer my friends to them. I must mention that I'm in the car repair business so I have a great deal of experience with dealerships and they surprised even me. Well done Fort Mill Hyundai.

When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.
The process was so smooth. I worked directly with Perry and Mike and they made sure I was leaving happy and with a car! I was so pleased with the hospitality and the hard work they put into getting me the payment and rate I went there for! Would definitely go back when I need another one.
I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
