This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointment and was very helpful and then when we pulled up she was the first person to walk out and she was great. Explained everything to me as well as pricing and also called me later to follow up and give me an update, then checked me out efficiently when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize this survey is only for this recent appointment but I wanted to take a moment to comment on my previous appointment as well since when I initially tried to do my review last time the system didn???t go through and I was unable to. Anyway, Wilson was my service tech then and he was awesome. He not only was very friendly and welcoming but took care of my car and even found a couple of other issues I didn???t mention but needed and to be totally honest, his helpfulness is what made me a repeat customer. He wasn???t my service tech this time so I wasn???t sure how it would be but Candice was great, too and if all of the staff at South Bay Infiniti is this great, I???ll be a customer for years to come.
I had a last minute concern about my car the day before Thanksgiving, my front left tire was wobbling so I called the service department and Candice gave me a quick appointment. I brought my car in for service and they quickly found out what was wrong with my car and fixed it right away!! I was very pleased with the overall service and results of my visit to the service department and not to mention I didn't have to worry anymore about my car.
The ervice department worked very hard to diagnose my car's problems . They kept me informed & were very professional, as they were during my last visit. I sent a review from 11/9 and that was rejected as I did not use enough words (43). The review process needs to be reviewed as it is the WEAK LINK in the service experience.
I loved the ???yes, we can??? attitude at Infiniti South Bay. The sales force anticipated my questions and pointed out unexpected benefits in owning a beautiful QX50. It was my dream car and now it???s a reality!

At South Bay Infinity everyone made my car buying easy and extremely welcoming. The extra personable attention made the process so easy. My Sales Associate Maria made every effort to accommodate my needs and not to mention my son (a 5 year old) who was with me; and we all can agree that car buying can be lengthy in time, but the amount of time spent at the dealership went unnoticeable. I appreciated the follow up on my satisfaction and any concerns on my vehicles functions. From their General Manager, the Finance team, to Service Desk; their customer service exceeded all my expectations.
The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
