I consider myself rather informed, I think most of us are, especially when we're looking to buy a particular car. We invest hours online researching this and that. I have to say, Steve really knows his cars. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions but he provided me information and answers to questions I hadn't anticipated. I test drove three different candidate vehicles. I was comparing details and Steve was very patient and professional. I wasn't leasing or buying new but he treated me and my wife with respect and as valued clients. Steve has been consistent with his level of professionalism over the years. I tend to buy CPO and hold on to my cars for a while. I'm on my third now and from the beginning, when in for regular maintenance or whatever, if Steve saw me, he knew and addressed me by name. Regarding the CPO car I did end up buying, Steve personally buffed out some light scratches on the center console and touched up a very small paint chip on the hood. The car, inside and out, looked like new. Talk about going the extra mile. Which leads me to another worthy mention. The service department has treated us as valued clients as well. My cars were always cleaned and washed no matter how small the issue. If needed, a courtesy car was provided, no hassle. Steve Difiore and Luther Inifniti get it. They do it right and I'm a customer for life.
