2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
Overall it?s great. It doesn?t come with Apple play but I can for go that feature considering it didn?t always work in other cars and trucks I?ve driven. My E-Pace S is comfortable find to drive and loaded with nice features. Love how it was designed inside and out. It?s my first Jaguar and I don?t think I?ll be buying any other kind of vehicles if Jaguar vehicles stay like this or get better!

2021 Jaguar E-PACE review
We were in the market for an upgrade. Small non Japanese SUV. We looked at BMW, Benz, Audi and Volvo. And then we found the E-Pace. The interior is so beautifully designed. The exterior is stylish. A ton of high tech features. The package overall is the best. And you do not see it at every turn and intersection. If you are looking for a unique car, go for the E-Pace. Actually, we liked it over the bigger F-Pace

2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
I went to the dealership to get a Discovery ( I was trading in my Porsche Cayenne) but once I saw the E Pace on the showroom floor, I knew I had to have it. The SE is fast has all the bells and whistles plus 5 USB ports. Jaguar also adds subtle ?Jaguars? throughout the car... from the mother and baby Jag on the windshield, to the puddle light, the outline of. Jag where the rear view mirror is and one on each brake light! Everyone compliments me on its appearance! I just love it

I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Bloomington Normal Automall a chance. It was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and honestly, the best I have ever heard of. I traveled in from out of state, and my salesperson, Ali, made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We handled almost everything over the phone before I arrived, and when my train was unexpectedly canceled, he even held the vehicle for me for an extra week without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find. Ali and his Sales Manager, Mike, were outstanding to work with. There were no games, no surprise fees, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons or gimmicks, which is especially rare when you are not financing. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true because I kept expecting there to be a catch. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and there is almost always something extra that dealerships try to slip in at the last minute. Instead, everything was exactly as they promised from the beginning. That level of honesty and transparency is incredibly refreshing and one of the biggest reasons this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also respected my time. They knew I was in a hurry, and I was in and out in about an hour. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even though Bloomington Normal Automall is about three hours from where I live, I will absolutely check their inventory first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. The drive is well worth it for honest people, outstanding service, and a completely stress free buying experience. I cannot recommend Ali, Mike, and everyone at Bloomington Normal Automall highly enough. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it.
