So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

2022 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Hello, my name is Cyrus. I have worked in this industry for over 19 years. I have to say that the ownership is here every day. They engage with clients all the time without them even knowing they are talking to the owners. They genuinely care about both the clientele and the staff. I have had the opportunity to work for several different brands and owners, both corporate and private. They, by far, maintain a level of professional courtesy well above all others. I can honestly say that I wish I had found them earlier in my career. We hear stories all the time from clients about how they were treated, or mistreated, everywhere else. Sitting in my seat and watching both sides of the experience is refreshing. The typical clients who frequent this business are just as wonderful to work with as the ownership. Coming to work and feeling the positive energy and calm atmosphere in this place is refreshing. Although I have been here for just under a year, my name is not on most of the websites. They do not even know that I am leaving this review. I do not usually go out of my way to leave reviews for anything. This place is different and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

John L. made sure we got the best deal and was very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable staff. We got a fair price for our trade in and John explored all options with us to meet our needs and preferences. I would definitely come back again for our next car. My son is saving up for a Wrangler - we?ll be back for sure.
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
Purchased about 2 months ago. I have taken it on highway trips and driven around town. Very comfortable ride and it looks great. V6 engine is very responsive. I am averaging about 31 mpg so far and am pleasantly surprised by this. Only wish it had a bit more cargo space making it easier to get our 2 bikes inside without having to take the front wheels off. Also, chip shortage cause rear park sensors to be left off of this build. Overall very pleased

Express Auto Mall review
Express Auto Mall deserves all 5 stars. I was nervous about car shopping but their team made it easy. They walked me through every option, answered all my questions, and didn’t play games with pricing. The car was exactly as advertised and financing was painless. You can tell they actually care about customers. Will definitely come back.
2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

Schumacher Chevrolet review
My entire vehicle purchase experience was extremely positive from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the sales team was attentive, patient, and professional. They answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly, and truly took the time to help me find the right model and options for my needs. I never felt pressured and was able to make my decision at my own pace. The pricing and financing process was also very transparent ? I didn't encounter any surprise costs at any stage. During delivery, all of the vehicle's features were explained in detail, which made me feel much more confident getting started with the car. Working with such a friendly and professional team made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

Westchester Auto ExchangeReviews
Westchester Auto Exchange review
highly recommend taking a look at any car that Westchester Auto Exchange has in inventory. You will find only quality cars at reasonable prices. No junk cars from the auctions on this lot. I went, I looked, made a deal and bought the car. Jay made the process extremely easy, taking care of the taxes and DMV paperwork. He stayed in touch throughout and even handled my special requests gracefully. His ads are right on, with honest pictures and accurate descriptions. Certainly give WAE a look. When you do, there's really good chance you'll find your next ride there.
2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Jack Daniels Volkswagen review
The fact I purchased the second car in 2 months says everything about the amazing experience with the Jack Daniels dealership. My purchases wouldn't be possible without Christian Tatar's professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. The rest of the team was amazing, special thank you!! for a second time to Scott finance manager and Doug Sales manager. I would highly recommend this team and would purchase from them again!.

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

Sergio was fantastic and extremely helpful. I was able to find my Jeep Wrangler with all of the features I wanted. Check this dealership out before buying.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Nissan City of Port Chester review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nissan of Port Chester! The entire process of getting my new car was incredibly easy and stress-free, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bruny Ledesma. She was amazing from start to finish—so responsive, patient, and helpful with every question and concern I had. She made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be going back to Nissan and working with Bruny when it’s time for another lease. 10 out of 10 all around! Highly recommend!
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
Ordered new , love it so far , I went with the 2.0 turbo , far more responsive than expected , this coming from a life long V-8 driver . Went with the Lattude Lux model , came with many standard feature & we added everything else on the option list , the sun & sound package with the panoramic sunroof and this premium Alpine sound system is awesome . Just wish they would offer more interior colors , had money added in the deal so we could install a differnet color Katzkin leather interior

Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I recently purchased my first 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Reserve from the Jeep dealership on Central Avenue in Yonkers, and overall, I had a very positive experience. My salesperson, Mr. J. Green, was extremely patient, polite, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions and made the purchase experience comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and welcoming. The only issue I was a little disappointed about was when I picked up the Jeep and noticed that the fuel gauge was only at about half a tank. This was my first time purchasing a brand-new vehicle, and in my previous experiences, the vehicles were always delivered with a full tank of gas. I was honestly surprised to see only half a tank. Other than that, the assistance and customer service were excellent. I really appreciate Mr. Green and the entire team for making my first Jeep purchase a great experience. I’m very happy with my new Grand Cherokee Limited Reserve!

Meadowland of Carmel review
Very good experience buying a used truck from them. Everything went as planned, took a bit longer to leave the dealership when picking up my truck. I was there for a hour and 45 minutes. Truck was not ready for me to pick it up even though I had a appointment, but overall I would buy from them again
2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.
