Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.
Tad was amazing ..so helpful. However there was confusion w title. I worked with Kathy who said she was leaving @ 2:45 ???? We returned I had to ask fpr help noone acknowledgwd me..I had to ask Betty for help and then she was rude. She said after I asked someone will be qith you we are busy. I dont appreciate being so inconvenienced and RHEN RUDE. I realize people make mistak3s but not RUDE
Took my 21 year old daughter this morning to see a car she put on hold yesterday-a 2014 Cruze LT with less than 4000 miles on it. My daughter works 4 jobs, and has managed to save $10,000 for a down payment. This basically new car was on sale for around $12,600. I went with her to help her through the process. As a three time Cruze owner, I wanted to be sure of the quality of the car and that she was treated fairly. I couldn’t have been more impressed-from how ithe seat of the
car test driving it, to the sprofessionalism of the transaction itself. Every step was explained to her and all options given as far as warranties, etc. From pulling into the parking lot, to taking a picture of my smiling girl hugging her champagne colored Cruze with a bright yellow bow on top-under 2 hours. The sales woman hugged both my daughter and myself. Never have I experienced kinder salespeople, nor a more professional environment. You will be seeing more of this Fort Wayne family!
Value the opportunity to sit in and drive a great variety of cars. However after I paid to have a car transferred, there was no communication follow-up by the sales rep. By the time I went in to check on the car it had already been sold to someone else. The sales rep claimed the cellular cloud must have lost his texts. The sales experience is no different that any other dealership, yet the prices are higher. I'd recommend using their inventory to find the right car, then shop around. You will likely find a better deal, often times with a 12/24 month warranty included.
Note: Carmax is supposedly going to refund the amount I paid to transfer a car I was never able to drive let alone see in person.
Just a routine service visit. Professional and courteous as usual Service tech finished work in a timely matter. They have a person that always asks if anyone needs a ride somewhere, while u wait. Well managed dealership
I bought my Charger R/T from Mike McIntosh at Goodwin's. Best car shopping experience I've had in my many years of haggling over prices. This was the first non-mom/sports car I've bought, and Mike made it so easy for me to understand how everything worked. I got a great deal, I love my car, and I say "hi" every time I see Mike around town. Definitely worth the drive if you're not in New Castle already.
My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours(9 hour round trip) to buy a Ram Truck from these guys and I will definitely consider doing it again! They were straight up front with me on the deal regarding sale price and and a very fair trade in credit. Unlike most dealers who try to play shell games by hiding the profit in one side of the deal and throwing sales pitches at you, Roger was awesome in embracing me as an educated buyer instead of resenting me for knowing what the truck as well as my trade in was worth. Like I said, next time my wife and I are vehicle shopping, I won't hesitate to give Roger a call and make another 9 hour roadtrip because I know they will be upfront and honest about the deal instead of trying to manipulate me with sales pitches.
Had a rush repair to do on our used liberty. They fit us in and had it done over years lunch hour. Excellent job Cody!!!
