PHIL SCHMIDT is the wonderful sales person who took care of me. He is genuine and honest that actually does everything in every way to help you with what is comfortable for you. He even gave me information and tips to help with credit and financing. One of the best things about this dealer is the person that helps you is in sales and finance!! If I could write reviews on every site I would (don’t have account with all) but in short words. OUTSTANDING service. I’m a “review” person so I read and compare and then go to find out for myself. Let me just say the reviews don’t lie about this place. All the staff were above the top in helping my husband and I last week when we came to look at a Chevy equinox that we seen on the web. We got there and they weren’t overly pushy they let us take our time and answered all questions. Rodney hands down is a GOAT in his field (greatest of all time) he is the financial manager. I was in a hurry and had to be at work and this man got to the paper work process and had it going and locked in a good rate for us instantly. Smiling the whole time and just all around very personable. First time purchasing from this dealer and it won’t be the last, they just earned there selfs 2 more coustomers for life. We have purchased a bunch of used vehicles over the years. We stopped by Wednesday evening to pickup another used vehicle and as usual everything was easy and there was a good selection of fairly priced vehicles. We will be back when we need the next one.
They had a great selection of well-priced late model used cars in excellent condition. Our salesperson, Phil Schmidt, was professional, personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Braddock Motors was much lower-key than the other 5 dealerships we visited.

I traveled over 2 hours to this dealership. I called before I left and asked them to hold a vehicle I wanted. They did. It was very clean, ready to test drive. I bought the car from a very courteous salesman without pressure. He knew all about the car and was very easy to talk to. The paperwork was fast and easy. Overall a GREAT car buying experience. We had a leased vehicle from Tate and our lease was up. Received a call from Ricardo Diaz wanting us to come in and discuss our options. Ricardo was very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and overall great to deal with. He gave us all our options clearly on paper and with no pressure let us make our decision. I like that in a salesman…can't stand high pressure salesman! Within a short time we had made the transition from our leased Jeep to our new Jeep without a hitch. Then 7 miles down the highway the tire went flat!?!? Fortunately for us we had purchased the warranty package and with the push of the ASSIST button on the rear view mirror someone was there to change the tire…at no charge to us. The next day we returned to Tate, where we were pleasantly greeted by Keith the Repairs Manager, informing us they were giving us a NEW tire…honestly we were prepared to go to battle for a new tire because we were sure they were going to want to plug the old one. Everyone we dealt with at Tate was a pleasure to meet.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
