When I brought my 2009 Rogue in for service, I wasn't expecting to walk out with a new car. But, Bob Furman and David Reyes-Guerra helped me make a decision that would best meet my needs. Bob thoroughly explained the issues that were present with my 2009 Rogue, and explained roughly how much each repair would cost. He suggested I take some time to think about replacing the car due to its age, mileage, and the amount of repairs it needed. He set me up with a loaner car, and suggested I talk with David over the weekend for more information on buying or leasing. David was equally as helpful in the sales department, and talked me through of a variety of options for buying (used) or leasing. I walked away feeling zero pressure, as David suggested I take the rest of the weekend to talk things over with my husband. When I returned with my husband a couple of days later, David talked me through the features of the 2017 Rogue Sport I was most interested in earlier in the week, and had it ready for a test drive. Although it was a busy night at the dealership, David maintained patience and professionalism to negotiate a price that met my tight budget, helped switch over my insurance and license plates, set up my BlueTooth for me, and sent me off feeling excited to be driving a new, safe car. While I was waiting in the lobby, Todd Bennett came over to introduce himself and strike up a conversation. The whole experience at Bruce Bennett felt very personal. David has been in touch several times over the last month to make sure I am enjoying my new car, too! Thank you, David!!
