I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

Over 7 hours later I drove away with the car I wanted. I was exhausted, hungry and wasted nearly all day light , I was given a cup of coffee. Yay!!! Out of state buyer, so I had the BMW I was interested in sent to the BMW Dealership for a full inspection. They dropped of car as well as picked it up after the inspection. As you would expect the dealership was able to find some concerns. Tony and his team went out of their way to start fixing the issues. During this process I decided to go a different direction and not purchase the car. Tony was very gracious and said he would work on refunding my deposit immediately and hoped we could work together in the future.

Got a great deal from this dealership for my daughter ! Not sure what all these people are complaining about. The NO PRESSURE sales technique is awesome as you don't have some peaty salesman bothering you the whole time. 6 HUGE STARS !
