AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation

DriveTime of Glen Burnie review
Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
I wanted to take a moment to say "THANK YOU" to DARCARS Chrysler Jeep of Silver Spring Service Department but especially my (Service Advisor) Brian Paige and the mechanics they provided me and always with top-notch service. Brian has provided me the best possible service for years and it's willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that he keeps the consideration of his customers in mind. I am never disappointment with the service repairs that I have received. Brian goes the extra miles, provides outstanding customer service and just a trustworthy person. It is certainly a pleasure to do business when you feel as though the people you are conducting business are looking out for your vehicle and your best interest. I am never disappointed. Thanks!

Audi Devon review
My sales specialist David Beifeld was extremely attentive and helped me find the perfect car - which met all my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership!
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

They reached out quickly and Wesley was helpful sending a couple of videos. Unfortunately the car didn't pass the PPI for me so I can't speak to how easy or hard it is to deal with them. They did use the old "just to let you know someone else is interested in the car too" line. I heard that over 30 years ago when I was looking at the same color and model vehicle in college. Good to see some things never change.

CarGet Motors review
As an active-duty U.S. Marine, I don't have time to waste on the typical back-and-forth games that usually come with buying a vehicle. From the moment I walked in, this team showed the utmost respect for my service, my time, and my budget. The entire environment was highly professional, efficient, and straightforward, which is exactly what I look for in any business transaction. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniel, who went completely above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He took the time to understand my specific needs as a service member and made sure the process was completely transparent from start to finish. Daniel didn't just try to sell me a car; he genuinely looked out for my best interests and made sure I felt valued as a customer. When it came down to the paperwork, they gave me the absolute best deal and the most competitive figures I have ever seen. Daniel and the finance team worked seamlessly to maximize my military benefits and secure rates that fit perfectly within my financial goals. There were no hidden fees, no sudden shifts in price, and no high-pressure tactics—just honest, top-tier numbers. If you are in the military—or anyone who appreciates honesty and elite customer service—I highly recommend coming here and asking for Daniel. They treat our military community like family and deliver on their promises without the headache. This was hands-down the smoothest and most rewarding dealership experience I have ever had.
