What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought our new car. Especially Ashtyn, she was patient with us driving several different ones. I have been dealing with my deceased father, Patrick Beall's, car. It broke down not to long after he passed. He left me the car and I had 2 mechanics work on it and it was a nightmare. By the time I had it towed to Stanley Ford house in Sweetwater, TX it was really messed up. Upon arrival I talked with Troy Schroedter in service and told him what all was done to the car and boy was he in for it I mean every turn he took he found something else that was not right but he stuck with me and got the car running again. The tech, Dustin Hammit, who was working on it never gave up either. Between the two of them they finally got my daddy's car working again. I had told Troy when I brought my daddys car to him that I wasn't wealthy and I was concerned about how much this was gonna cost and he just kept reassuring me that everything will be fine. That lovely man only charged me for the parts and I was so blessed he is truly a gift from God I will always bring my car to Stanley as long as Troy is working there. Your Loyal Customer, LIZ

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund.
