My wife's 2020 Sonata had A/C problems. It quit cooling.. The advisor I was assigned to was busy so Andrea M. helped me. The absolutely BEST thing that could have happened. I was charged $330. for the diagnosis (a little excessive but if I repaired the car there the money would be refunded).. Andrea called with the verdict... since it was out of warranty by 5 months it would cost me $3400 to fix the A/C system. My reply: don't do anything. When I picked up the car she told me not to fix it until she called. When she did she told me that because the car only had 20000 miles on it Hyundai would fix it under the warranty. SHE had to be the one who initiated the process since she was the only person who knew what was going on. Andrea arranged for a loaner. A few days later I picked up the car (A/C fixed and a recall service done). I even got my diagnosis fee returned. Andrea changed me from a very unhappy customer to one that wrote this positive review.

I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. I had an excellent experience working with Cory & the dealership who were informative, worked with me to get a great vehicle at under 2% APR for the portion I financed, & were very helpful. After the vehicle was purchased, they remained very helpful. I didn't think that an SUV that wasn't a hybrid or similar could get over 35 MPG on average, but mine has over my first 4000 miles. My personal best for a single trip was over 46 miles per gallon. With adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane change avoidance, Android auto, and great safety ratings, I can keep safe while maintaining productive drives. I love my Rogue SV and am so thankful for Cory and the manager as well at Hall Nissan Chesapeake.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Many have had issues with electrical on this vehicle. 99% of it is loose grounds under the hood. And fully trickle charge your truck battery. We love this thing. Better than the Tahoe by far. We have the W3 with air ride. I have the hemi 5.7 and get 21 miles per gallon on the highway. You must use the the dealer to align the vehicle. Especially with air ride.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
I think the Wagoneer is a beautiful car. I think of the various colors, the Wagoneer looks better in white. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It has so many practical features such as the GPS system. After travelling routinely to the same place, it remembers. I love that the side mirrors turn downward when in reverse to ensure that the area is clear. Having 3 rows of seating is very helpful and passengers riding in the 3rd row have raved about the leg room. When in reverse, you are alerted that a vehicle is approaching way before the vehicle reaches you. I also liked that I could program my garage so that I don't have to get out of the vehicle. I just press the button and the garage automatically opens/closes. It has a great sound system and I just love the exterior paint. Whenever I give it a wash, it looks like showroom elegance. It also has a screen on the passenger side that you can plug your HDMi cable to watch different things. Sooooooo many features that I love on this beautiful car. Performance has been great. I have a 2022 Wagoneer so I'm not sure if the newer Wagoneer gives you more gas mileage. The amount of gas it uses would be my only set back to this vehicle but I still love my Wagoneer!

She ended up purchasing a GX 550 Luxury+, and I was so impressed with the experience that I bought a TX 350 from Don as well! I live in the Houston area, but Don’s customer service was so exceptional that I drove THREE HOURS each way to Lexus of Lakeway to purchase my car from him. That alone should tell you how impressed I was! Throughout the entire process, Don kept us updated by text on the delivery of both vehicles. What impressed me even more was that his service didn’t end once the sale was complete. He followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with our vehicles and to see how we were doing. I have purchased a Lexus previously in the Houston area, so I had other options much closer to home. I chose to drive to Lakeway because of Don. 2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.
