Heritage Hyundai TowsonReviews
Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Ayala was a great salesperson, she had multiple vehicles that I expressed interest in ready for a test drive as soon as I came in and even patiently defended my options from other interested buyers while I made my decision. The whole team: Ayala, Noah, and Christian, made the entire car buying process seamless and as stress-free as possible. A good, low-pressure, quick but not aggressively rushed experience.

Heritage Volkswagen ParkvilleReviews
Heritage Volkswagen Parkville review
I do not typically do reviews. I always say I do not get to advertise for a company. But... Today I purchased a 2026 Tiguan from Heritage Volkswagen Parkville. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! When I first arrived I was able to browse freely without pressure. Then my salesperson Mari approached me. I thought I would receive the typical sales greeting. I immediately put my guard up. Giving vague answers to why I was there and what I was looking for. Partly because I didn't have anything specifically I was looking for. I really was just browsing. Mari asked all the right questions to help me narrow down me needs. I never felt like he was selling me but more like assisting me. By the time I left I had the perfect vehicle in the perfect color with all my perfect features. Mari drove 4 hours round trip to get me to the vehicle that checked all my boxes. While Mari was on the road, Paris (in financing) closed the deal. I was very strict about my budget parameters. I wasn't budging and Paris listened. While he prepared the documents we talked like life long friends. While I know they are there to "sell me" and to "close the deal". I also know genuine people when I encounter them. Mari even returned the rental car drove up in for me. That was such a big help for me. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I will be back again when needed. Mari and Paris gave me a 5-Star experience so I had to give them a 5-star review. Keep up the great work.

Acura of LaurelReviews
Acura of Laurel review
I've bought five vehicles from Acura of Laurel. Tony Sia is always my salesman, and Gage is my service advisor. My 2025 Integra was recently stolen. I had it brought to Acura of Laurel for repairs and Gage handled everything from dealing with my insurance adjuster to constantly keeping me aware of the status of my repairs. This dealership has the best customer service!

Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Certified Used Cars review
Can't say enough about Fred and David. They both went above and beyond. I found the perfect vehicle and flew in from Boston. The vehicle was ready and staged upon my arrival. Fred and I went for a ride and clearly explained everything to me and made the experience unbelievable. David had the paperwork started and we finished in record time. I was in and out within two hours. Drove back to Boston that afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Update, I just bought my 6th vehicle (2027 Telluride Prestige X-Pro) with Vance Majors. He is professional and I always go back to him for all my new vehicle needs. Great place to buy a vehicle. Between my wife, my daughter and myself this is the third vehicle bought from Jones Junction. Everything was a great experience. Jerry Huntley was great to work with. He knew the car and the specs and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 3 hours, and only because I took my time. Thanks to everyone, the 2021 Forte GT is great.

I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The Service Center That Prioritizes Your Safety, Not Your Wallet. This Car Care Service Facility in Westminster are an absolute credit to the car care business in the state of Maryland. Thank you for an unforgettable honesty, transparency and care. What I experienced at your location was completely beyond anything I have ever encountered. Len Stoler is a beautiful "land lost in time." In a world where customer service has vanished, your dealership is a rare car service land that feels completely unique because people simply do not treat customers with this level of care anymore. Foremost and ultimately, I want to recognize Mike Porter, Commercial Service Manager. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness just ooze out of his pores and his entire being. I have never seen anyone quite like him. He makes you feel like family—like a brother, a father, or an uncle. It is clear that Mike truly leads that culture of exceptionalism at your location. That incredible warmth extends across the entire staff. I highly commend Jennifer, Mike Porter, as well as Jessica, and the two ladies at the front who sit next to each other and the exceptionally handsome male advisor who sits next to Jessica. I also want to praise the service advisor at the front desk, and the gentlemen out in the bay who greet you the moment you pull up. Your team had no idea who I was. They didn't know me from anyone, and they had no idea what my professional credentials were. Yet, they treated me like absolute royalty. From the moment I arrived, I have never felt so genuinely welcomed. In a world where it is rare to feel genuinely seen, your team saw me for the person I am, completely looking past the color of my skin. The kindness and thoughtfulness of your staff were mind-boggling and almost unreal. You have built a culture that goes far beyond typical car service—it is a culture of true human decency and care. I highly recommend all nurses, healthcare providers take your car here for all service.

Werner Bros Auto SalesReviews
Werner Bros Auto Sales review
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very professional. They offered a fair value for my trade. It was quick and easy to close my transaction and take delivery of my new to me used car. The four stars is due to heavy “dealer fees” and there lack of attempt to remove a heavy cigarette smell from the car and instead place air fresheners throughout the car in an attempt to mask the smell. That being said, there was zero dishonesty. They agreed the car was a “smokers” car. Now with a deep cleaning the smell is almost gone. And it is hot and humid here in Annapolis MD. I would definitely buy from them again should they have a car I am looking for. It was a nice experience and I am enjoying my new to me car. 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK.

They were awesome to work with from beginning to end. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle! Rob Gott was all over it, reviewing all incentives and offers, checking other locations and then finding the perfect vehicle, right in Smyrna! Owen Bach handled everything quickly, there were plenty of gadgets and features to explain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Can we all agree…the financial person at the end is “normally” the worst? Well, let me tell you!!! Laura, in finance, is an absolute DREAM to work with! She listens to your needs, explains the options available, makes recommendations, and keeps it moving. Quickest and most painless experience EVER!!
2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

I was very pleased with the experience. Frank (salesman) sent me a video of the SUV as soon as we reached out that we were looking at it online and invited us to come test drive. Frank was responsive to all of our questions. After doing some homework prior to our visit, visiting the dealership, test driving the SUV, we decided to purchase the car.

Hampstead Pre-OwnedReviews
Hampstead Pre-Owned review
My overall experience at Hampstead Pre-owned was amazing. My sales person was great but taking some time to sit and talk with the manager, Bernard Berry, sealed the deal for me. Mr. Berry was not only professional but super personable and reassuring. Had he not stepped in I probably would have walked away without a car that day. Thank you Mr. Berry and Hampstead Pre-owned!
