There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

Recently before a routine maintenance visit I was a little concerned that I had a warning light for servicing so customer service offered to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. That was so helpful and many thanks to Osbaldo my service advisor throughout my visit. Whether the wait is within or away from this servicing department, it’s very comfortable and stress free because the updates Safford provide are so helpful and informative. The courtesy you provide throughout is amazing and always a welcoming atmosphere . No matter what the service is, it’s accurate and efficient. Previously I’ve been very happy with my 2 different purchases from Safford. Also I’m still very happy Safford, that years ago (not sure how many years it’s been) you were able to make the move from your previous location which was a little cramped for your servicing 👍🏽

I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

Salesperson Ken was a true pleasure to deal with. Ken was very thorough and knowledgeable of the vehicles. We leased a new S580. This was not our first experience with this dealership. A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

I was trying to see the price of tire the low tire to fit my budget I have been ignored I have been approved for 340 for 2 tire that wasn’t enough for two so I left because I didn’t get what I need for business to finish up

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla in December 2023. Till now car has not gave me any problems runs great and everything works perfect. Price was really fair. Sales guy named Rick was very helpful made the buying process smooth fast and easy. I plan on coming back for any repairs and things like that. I purchased this car and have never felt so connected to a vehicle. I find myself just driving through grass and terrain for no reason at all, it is also pretty comfortable at highway speeds. Set my cruise. Only complaint is wind noise, but the vehicle was not made for the highway anyways. It is so fun to drive especially as a manual. Going up hills and rocks and exploring nature. Take the top off and you feel like you are on a motorcycle but not as dangerous or nervous... just so relaxing with the music playing and your leg out the door and your hand on the shift knob. My mom is going through a divorce with my father and I took her on a ride with the top off and played some 80's hits... I have not seen her so happy in years. That alone made purchasing this vehicle worth it to me. Thank you Jeep :)

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added
